The implemented managed service connects advice, clinic discovery, comparison, enquiries and portal case coordination. Browsing, saving preferences, comparing clinics or submitting an enquiry does not make a booking or authorize payment. Final seller identity and contractual responsibilities remain pending.
Catalogue matches show published information and supported search criteria. They do not confirm current availability or clinical suitability. Clinic statements, independently checked facts, review themes and CheckPoint have their own evidence limits. A listing or score does not replace an individual examination, establish clinical quality or guarantee a treatment outcome. The real CheckPoint source and reviewed publication remain pending.
Clinic selection is deliberate. Enquiry processing and any selected-clinic sharing use the stated consent steps. Patient–team and team–clinic communication remain separate, with approved information released through the existing team and clinician workflow. A shortlisted clinic is not automatically a confirmed partner, contacted provider or booking.
The package workflow records a clinician assessment, the issued proposal, named suppliers, included services and the exact terms version accepted by the patient. The implemented checkout validates the full accepted package amount in EUR. A browser return page does not establish successful payment.
Booking confirmation requires full verified payment and confirmation of the relevant supplier components. Payment enters booking fulfilment; it is not itself booking confirmation. Changes to a paid package use the implemented cancellation/refund process and a separately accepted replacement proposal. Final cancellation, refund, travel-disruption, complaint and responsibility terms remain pending legal and operator review.
The implemented payment provider is a development/staging sandbox; it does not move real money. An eligible live payment provider, seller billing and tax requirements and provider-specific acceptance remain pending. Configuration flags and local tests do not establish that live payments, communications or the full managed service have launched.
Response commitments, support ownership, approved contact hours, escalation arrangements and the final legal texts must be supplied and reviewed before public launch. These descriptions record current implementation and pending inputs; they are not approved contractual terms.
