Frequently asked questions about ZahnChecker

What a clinic comparison shows, how an enquiry works and what to clarify before making a decision.

What does the clinic comparison show?

Profiles bring together published clinic information, available CheckPoint assessments and unresolved questions. A listing does not confirm a partnership, available appointments or the suitability of a treatment for you. Compare the evidence and ask about missing information.

Does CheckPoint assess clinical quality?

No. CheckPoint summarises patient experiences and data checks using a published method. It is not a measure of clinical quality, a treatment recommendation or a guarantee of success. Read the data date, scope and limited-evidence notes alongside the score.

Do I need to have chosen a clinic?

No. You can start with your preferences and questions, or compare clinics you have already found. An existing treatment plan can also be a starting point for a conversation. Clinical assessment remains the responsibility of the treating clinicians.

Does an enquiry make a booking?

No. An enquiry initially records your preferences and questions. For an individual proposal, check the providers, services, total price and terms. Accepting a proposal is separate from confirmed appointments and travel services.

Are flights, hotels and transfers always included?

No. Travel services are only included when expressly agreed. Clarify the providers, dates, scope, costs and change conditions in writing before booking anything.

How should I clarify aftercare?

Before deciding, establish who is responsible and available between appointments and after you return home. Ask about contact details, agreed follow-up and possible additional costs. A general aftercare statement does not replace an individual agreement.

How should I understand commercial interests?

A published CheckPoint assessment comes from a separate assessment process. Partner status and commercial interests do not change scores or CheckPoint ordering. The actual services, providers and costs must be stated in the individual proposal.
