Not a good experience my teeth are like two gumsheilds from the inside will add photos don’t even look like teeth they leave your final fitting till last day of your trip then say goodbye and when you have issues they say yes you can come back they will look at the problem but you have to pay for your accommodations very bad customer service

I would not recommend vk smile they cemented my teeth on to a bar instead of screwing them in. I have just came back from vk smile turkey after having all on 4 upper and lower. What i have found the first visit was they were telling everyone they needed bone graft. when they asked me i told them i did not need bone graft they said you do, i refused so they then offered it me for half the price, i still refused because i checked with my dentist back home and i did not need bone graft only a few people need bone graft for all on 4 or 6 treatment but everyone was paying extra up to 1000 pound because they were told they needed it. 2nd visit i had my final teeth put in and they looked great.They came down and asked me to put a review on trustpilot so i let them put it on because i never had my glasses he used ai to come up with a review. This is how they get there ratings up by getting you to put a comment straight away.So after having my final teeth done i went back to the hotel and after a few hours i had a crusty cob when i felt some think had cracked on the right side and after a while the right side started hurting i phoned the dentist person and they said they would get in touch with the dentist and would ring me back no one got back to me so i asked the driver who was dropping some passengers off if he could drop me up there he rang them and said ok. When i got there some body had a look and said there is nothink wrong, i said there is and i told them what had happend, he checked again and asked me to bite down on this paper that dentist use and the pain when i bit down was very pain full, he done some think with the hook they use and it went so i went back happy as i was flying out the next morning.So when i arrived home on the late evening my bottom teeth came out i couldnt understand this as they were supposed to be screwed in, when i called them i was told is that all we will send you to get them cemented back in, i said i never told you to cement my teeth in they should of been screwed in they done it without me knowing on the website it says screwed for all on 4, nothink to do with cement,I have asked them to put it right and they tried to get me to see someone i asked them what would he be doing and they would not tell me, they said wait until you see the surgeon they planned on just getting my lower teeth cemented in ,and not doing what i paid them to do, which was screwed in.I think all the people think there teeth are screwed in and are unaware they are cemented in. After this there is no way they are touching my teeth as the trust as gone they tried to threaten me by saying if i post a bad review they will end my 10 year warranty, i said my warranty as ended anyway because you wont be going any were near my teeth again. Im sorry that it as came to this but im not prepared to see people get screwed over like they have done to me.

Was left waiting at the reception for 3 hours before being seen by anyone. I was then rushed through the whole process where I was made to feel uneasy. I decided that this was not the correct way to be treated and left without getting any treatment.

Not happy

On my 2nd visit for my finals I was rushed through the process and before I could pick the final size of my top teeth (which I was told I could let them know the next day), I came in the next day and my finals were made and the teeth small and short and not to my satisfaction. The top teeth were also set too far back on my gums which meant I struggled to talk normal and had a lisp. After I was finished with the dentist I was examined by one of their top Dentists. They put the xray up they had just taken and it showed one of my implants was missing. I questioned the dentist and he said nothing. I again questioned the dentist and he said "there was a problem but all is ok now". I said no its not ok as nobody told me they had taken out an implant. He again said it would be fine but I wasn't happy. I was back home less than 3 months and my bottom set broke. I contacted them right away but was told to wait while their aftercare got in touch with me. Then 2 days later my whole bottom set broke off. I again contacted them and all I was told by the coordinator and aftercare was to "show some patience". By Thursday my mouth was continually bleeding because the titanium plate had sharp parts on it where the screws went through and was cutting my tongue badly. I was in terrible pain. I was still not getting any contact from VK Smile. I decided to get them fixed by another company. It wasn't until I was in Turkey again this Monday that VK got in touch as I had left a bad review. All they wanted me to do was to go to them and leave the company I had picked to fix the problem. The top set were confirmed as not being made properly to suit my features and obviously the bottom set had already split in 2. I refused to let them fix my smile as I had lost all confidence in them, especially after taking an implant out and not telling me. The end result of the whole conversation I had on watssapp was theor owner admitting I was failed with no communication and I should not have been left in pain. He said action would be taken. And he also said he would look into my missing implant. He and his team still tried to get me to change back over to them but I refused. I did ask if they would reimburse me for my new treatment but they refused. This was their perogative and I can't make them. I was lucky that I could afford to pay for the new treatment.but I know there will be others who can't and this is why I am writing this review. If you are on a tight budget then it wouldn't be a wise choice to use VK Smile. The other thing was I had agreed a price before I first came out. Then after my 1st consultation they tried to charge me an extra £1600. I refused and asked to be taken back to my hotel. The price then came down to £1200. I again refused and then they said final offer of £600 extra. I reluctantly agreed as I flew all the way from Scotland alone and had been saving up for this procedure for a few years.this appears to be a common theme with VK as almost everyone says the same thing on the Facebook groups. I wish I had walked away at that point and never went ahead given what has since happened to my teeth with VK Smile.

Well well what a job you have not done right on my friend . I came over last year with my friend and we went home knowing that she wasn't happy with the job they had done . She went up before we got our flight back home and they fobbed her off. She has been 3 times since and my oh my what a mess of her face and mouth they have made . Calling to see her today and I was totaly appalled to see the state off her face and mouth and they are still not done right 5 times she has been for what around 30 stitches yet again in her jaw . I find there service totaly disgusting and the treatment of her well I have no words . And they still want her to go back . Are you people having a laugh.

I am in Antalya today 13/9/25 I had expressed how unsatisfactory my teeth are. This will be my 3rd time flying out costing more money I was in so much pain the screws were loose. Only after writing a review that the clinic would communicate with me if I removed my trust pilot paige. I have spent thousands only to be aggressively told to leave the clinic as I now have a plastic gum shield for teeth. Words cannot describe the sheer devastation im feeling. All I wanted the smile they advertised teethth without screws sticking out ripping my tongue. I have pictures I can post to all my social media also I took screenshot before VK could delete their chat feed. I will also repost last year trust pilot review along with messages of Vk offering to rectify their butchering of my mouth if I take down my review more then prepared to repost so nobody else spends thousands to be have their mouth butchered and left feeling humiliated thousands of pounds down left in despair. I am more than happy post the video footage I felt I had no choice to film as i was being threatened to leave all because I'm not happy with a horrific dental work that cost me thousands. I will post on all social media pictures as of today the video and all screenshot in VK chat feed.

About a clinic that gives arrogant responses

I have never encountered such an indifferent and condescending attitude at any clinic before. They seem to think they are indispensable, but no place that doesn't value its patients truly is. Think twice seriously before starting any dental treatment here!
