My dentist was very good but the rest of the staff wasn’t very unprofessional very poor transport times I was waiting for a taxi from the hotel wasn’t very helpful with updating they didn’t look very helpful to the other patients very unprofessional service They kept me waiting from 4 pm until 10 pm to have my last root canal.
HONEST DENTAL TREATMENT REVIEW UMUT ANTALYA
MY PARTNER HAS JUST FINISHED HER DENTAL TREATMENT AFTER HER SECOND VISIT. WHILST THE FINISHED IMPLANTS/CAPS LOOK GOOD THE PROCESS TO REACH THIS POINT WAS IN MY OPINION POOR. HOTEL /CLINIC TRANSFERS WERE AT TIMES HOURS LATE.FROM THE FIRST VISIT WHEN SHE WAS SENT BACK TO THE HOTEL WITH A BLOODIED FACE AND AFTER A MORPHINE INJECTION TO BEING CALLED BACK 30 MINUTES LATER FOR MEASUREMENT, THIS WAS PUT BACK 24 HOURS AS WAS NOT POSSIBLE DUE TO EXCESSIVE BLEEDING AND FEELING DROWSY. I THINK PLAYING MUSIC LOUDLY AT TIMES AND SINGING AND DANCING WITH OTHER DENTISTS NOT WEARING FACE MASKS WHILST INSPECTING THE IMPLANTS BEING FITTED, GENERAL LACK OF COMPASSION WERE UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST. EXCRUCIATING PAINFULL INSERTION OF IMPLANTS DESPITE SEVERAL INJECTIONS WHICH DID NOTHING TO DULL THE PAIN AND PERSISTED TO CARRY ON WITH MY PARTNER SCREAMING WITH PAIN AND OTHER STAFF MEMBERS LAUGHING AT HER OUTSIDE THE CLINIC. NOT ONCE WAS SHE REASSURED AT ANY POINT WERE REASONS TO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC.

Disaster. Avoid. This place is living on its old reputation. Had 1 x implant with Abutment and Zirconia crown. Worked itself loose within a few months, without crown rotating. Obviously cross threaded when installed or the abutment failed. Umut not interested. Zero customer service. I needed emergency dental surgeon intervention. Again Umut not interested. Lip service messages. I got new X-rays and dental report issued. Then ghosted by Umut. Go somewhere else.
MEDICAL MALPRACTICE, HORRIBLE PLACE TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR MOUTH
AVOID This clinic. *MEDICAL MALPRACTICES WARNING* UMUD DENTAL CLINIC DESTROYED MY MOUTH AND CAUSED ME ALL KIND OF PROBLEMS. They do not offer a real guarantee and just wash their hands! Dentists place implant in sinus and do not care about your health, only money!!! I put an implant in this clinic and it all looked good in the beginning. They are quick to make you feel safe and the installations are ok. However, they destroyed my mouth.80% of the implant they placed on the right of my mouth is inside MY SINUS cavity. TOTAL MEDICAL MALPRACTISE This has caused me terrible issues, the implant needed to be removed at my home country due to a dangerous sinus infection which kept me sick for a long time. I lost sensitivity in my face too. This clinic has been nothing but very unhelpful. I requested a refund and presented proof to them however they are full of lies and refuse to refund what they did wrong. When i walked into this clinic I had a tooth, they talked me into removing it and placing and implant. I followed trusting them and now I have nothing, no tooth, no implant. PLEASE for your health do search another clinic and do not support this people. I attach here the screenshot of my medical record, my invoice and my recent xray. I hope one day you pay for what you did wrong to me.
