I would like to warn everyone who comes to Tülay Akkol Dental clinic. Be careful. I came to them in August for help to fix my teeth. They promised me they will do a 100% quality work in a week. They made all the crowns for me but with a shape that suits them and not me. I didn’t like it and it was uncomfortable from the beginning and I told them to redo it. They said this form is good enough, and I’ll get use to it. With that information I have left home. 3 months have passed and one of the teeth fell out. Turns out it was just glued to my gum which is completely against medical procedures. I went to my dentist in my country and he said these kind of mistakes even students don’t make. Everyday I have constant blood coming and what they have promised that everything will be fine in 2 months, clearly isn’t. Amazing translator Arina will force you to write 5 star review minutes after they are finished your teeth procedure. Weird. Isn’t it? I have a lot of issues with my teeth now and will need a lot more money to redo absolutely everything. The only good thing about this place is a transfer from the airport to hotel in a nice car. I have asked them to refund me but they denied it. They told me to come back to them and they will fix everything. I don’t live in turkey to be going there every month so they can fix their mistakes and experiment on me more. Also, do you think I will have any kind of trust left to allow them to do anything to me? Please be careful with choosing a clinic even if it has lots of good reviews. We are all coming from different countries to receive great service but we simple get ripped off. At this point I have hired a lawyer to get to the bottom of this and check their qualifications as professionals. I will not leave this and at this point I won’t stop out of principle.

worst experience . got my fillings done and they are broken in just few days , they also have damaged my wife's teeth ,left her in pain and did not offer any help afterwards . the certificate of 10 years warranty is just a paper sake with no value . their only motive is to make money with zero quality treatment .

They do not treat patients like human , horrible experience.

They do not treat the patient like a human , initially they will give false promises and once the payment is done they won’t entertain at all , it’s completely a business and all they care about is money . during the treatment I faced lot of problems along with continuous pain for that I was told it will be settled within two weeks , I am in continuous pain since I have treatment done and my teeth are uneven and asymmetrical in size also are bigger than my previous teeth they looks odd when I smile ,bite is also disturbed , I am more nervous now , I can’t eat I can’t drink . I am left in a condition which is irreversible, regretting why did I went to them . They will try to justify themselves instead of trying to correct the issue , my whole teeth are damaged . I can’t even close my jaw properly as these teeth are big and hits my lip , my smile is even worse and left with zero comfort . I doubt if the staff there is unqualified enough . Crying everyday and regretting why did I choose this clinic they have worsen my teeth , appearance , life and comfort .terrible place do not go to them for any dental treatment. They are 100% liars and cheaters .
