About a month ago, Beniamin went to this clinic with so much trust and hope. He truly believed that he would finally have healthy, functional, beautiful teeth. He was happy, optimistic, and full of hope that things would finally be better for him… and for our family. What followed has been a nightmare. Since he came back, nothing has been the same. He has serious problems with his bite and constant pain. When he talks to us, we can see him struggling. Sometimes he can barely finish a sentence without discomfort. At meals, he cannot eat normally anymore. He avoids certain foods. He is in pain. He is exhausted. It is slowly wearing him down. But the hardest thing to watch is not only the physical pain. It is how much he has changed as a person. He is more withdrawn, quieter, more irritable, mentally drained. We can see how this is affecting his mood, his energy, his peace of mind. It is heartbreaking to watch someone you love suffer every single day because they trusted people who were supposed to help him. We tried to ask for help and explain what is happening. But what shocked us most is the clinic’s response. They refuse to accept that anything is wrong. They keep saying the work is perfect. Perfect… while he lives with daily pain. While eating and speaking have become difficult. While his life has been completely turned upside down. We cannot believe that in 2026 someone can be left to suffer like this and be told that “everything is fine.” For us, this is not just about dental work. This is his health. His mental wellbeing. Our family’s peace. Our daily life has been affected by something that was supposed to improve his life, not traumatize him. I am writing this as his partner, as the mother of his children, and as someone who sees every day what the consequences of this experience really are. No one should ever have to go through something like this.

My name is Flavius, and I have known Beniamin for many years. I know his family, I know his character, I know his strength, and I know how he used to be before all of this happened. What I see now is not the same man. When he first told me he was going to Pearl Clinic, I was seriously planning to go there too. I trusted his choice completely. If everything had gone well for him, I would have followed without a second thought. That is how much confidence I had just by seeing his decision. But what I am witnessing now is deeply disturbing. I have never seen Beniamin so mentally and physically broken. The pain he lives with every day is visible, but what frightens me more is what it has done to him inside. His voice is different. Instead, I chose to go to a clinic in Istanbul where another close friend of ours had his treatment done properly and was actually cared for when problems appeared. Because after what happened to Beniamin, trust is no longer given easily. Some people learn from their own bad experiences. Others learn by watching someone they care about suffer. What happened to him was enough to open my eyes completely. No treatment that leaves a man like this can ever be called successful.

Guys, please listen carefully. If you don’t want to go through what I am living right now, stay away from this clinic. I have spent nearly £7,000, traveled to Turkey twice, trusted them completely, and what I received in return was pain, stress, and deep regret. They sell hope, confidence, and promises, but the reality is very different. They treat everyone the same, as if we are identical, but we are not. Every jaw, every bite, every person is different. I only understood this after finally speaking with a real prosthetic specialist. By then, the damage was already done. Since the treatment, my jaw has been in constant pain. Not discomfort. Not adjustment. Real, exhausting, daily pain. Eating hurts. Speaking hurts. Living normally feels impossible. And yet they continue telling me everything is perfect. Perfect? How can this be perfect when I am suffering every single day? I trusted their guarantee. I believed their words. I even went back a second time, hoping they would fix what they had done. Nothing changed. The guarantee means nothing. The responsibility means nothing. My pain means nothing to them. Now I am facing the reality that all this dental work may need to be removed completely. Everything. I must start again with real professionals who actually understand complex prosthetic work. Professionals who respect that every patient is unique, not a production line case. There were many things done wrong, but I didn’t see them at the time because I trusted them. My entire dental work was placed in large connected segments, because it is easier for them to manufacture and install that way. Easier for them, not safer or better for me. From the very first day, my bite was wrong. Higher on the left side, painful, unnatural. My body felt it immediately. What I am living with now is not just physical pain. It is emotional exhaustion, frustration, anger, and disappointment. This experience has affected my health, my peace of mind, and my daily life. If you value your health, your mental wellbeing, and your money, please think very carefully before going there. I would never wish this experience on anyone.

I am devastated I am even having to…

I am devastated I am even having to write this as the clinic was lovely and clean and staff was great. Apart from my dentist not speaking any English and having to translate with another man present. In may 2024 I chose this clinic to get compersit vaneers done as I didn’t want my natural teeth shaving down and they suggested it was the best treatment for my teeth as they were fine underneath and I wanted more straight and white. They said these should last 3+ years looked after well. Which I have done I wear my sleeping guard every night without fail. After I have had them done she said they was finished and I paid. The next day my partner looked at my teeth and they have chips/marks on 6/7 teeth. I called them and they got me back into the dentist that day. When I asked why this was she said it was because of the bonding pen when they apply the bonding and it won’t happen again and they sorted them. Again I went away happy. Moving onto September 2024, I have had my teeth done less than 5 months. My front teeth have snapped and various at the back have cracked/fallen off. I messaged them and they said they was very sorry and could I come back for them to repair this for free even though the teeth didn’t come with warranty. I had to pay for flights and accommodation over to Turkey again which cost another £600 to get this repaired. When I asked why this has happened she said it was because the bonding they used last time wasn’t very good and it was weak! She fixed my teeth and added more bonding onto the ones that didn’t have much on. Fast forward only 2 weeks from coming back from having them repaired. My back tooth has completely fallen off ( the one she has also repaired) and has broken my own tooth! I have messaged the dentist and they have said we did warn you compersit isn’t a strong material and can crack. I have said this shouldn’t be happening 5 months in they said this bonding was meant to be stronger. They have given me an ultimatum that I can either pay to fly back myself and they will repair again for free or I can pay £3500 for emax crowns, (£400 discounted apparently) and have these done. I stated I cannot afford to pay another £3500 when these teeth cost me £2800 for them to not even last 5 months. He is saying they can’t help anymore than they have. Please do you research on where you go to have procedures. I have now spent fortunes for my teeth to just be ruined and they are wanting me to spend more on having new ones… absolutely mortified I have so many pictures of every single problem I have had since having these done. Please everyone do your research properly. They should not be selling this bonding as a treatment if it “ is weak material and doesn’t last long”
