Update from previous review , I had my crowns redone somewhere else because the margins out , bite , front crowns all connected which I wasn't informed about , if people think this clinic is professional that's up to them , but it's a mixed bag depending if the staff like you and where your from , now my crowns are perfect but not thanks to this clinic

I do not recommend it

I do not recommend it. I had treatment at this dental clinic in September and it was terrible. I did not like the work they did. When I complained, they did nothing. They did not solve the problem and even told me it was my fault. The dentists and staff are very rude and unfriendly, and the customer service is terrible. Only Thuani was very helpful with me. Congratulations to her, she treated me very well. They do not ask you anything, they do it the way they want, it is a production chain. They have no respect for the customer. I know that each case is different, but my experience was horrible. I do not recommend it.

I was here from UK last Monday

Single lady travelled from UK , I was here last Monday, after a previous review being promised on here via trustpiliot that they wished to correct my issues as it's important I'm happy and listened to etc I had problems with my top crowns, were causing me issues with my bite , gum heavy , blunt and my chew was making it hard to eat food, my gums were also bleeding as the top crowns were much shorter than my original teeth, ( in photo and x-ray you can clearly see this) so they said on HERE to contact direct interpreter , Sarah the interpreter messaged me saying they can sort this however I pay for my flight and accomodation and they would replace TOP crowns only free of charge , they took my flight details messaged me several times for this ! but could not collect me from airport etc? I paid for transport to clinic on the Monday morning for appointment made for 10.30am, they then refused to replace crowns free of charge saying interpretor Sarah no longer worked there and should never agreed to this , I showed them the response on trustpiliot and text messages from Sarah and they just left me upset to get my own transport from clinic. , it's not fair to hoax you back at a cost . I was very lucky another dentist collected me from outside whom I wasn't booked with (about an hour in the heat ) they said we will look after you , made the corrections to top crowns , I can now bite and chew again and my crowns are now similar length to my original teeth. It's important it's not all about being white , your teeth are there to EAT food and deposit correctly else you can end up with gum disease

This is an update on my original visit

This is an update on my original visit last April 2024. After returning to have a very badly fitted set of teeth replaced that broke in two after being charged for titanium bridges that were not fitted. I got what I thought were a reasonable looking but badly fitting set the morning of my flight home. I have since had to go to London to have them tightened costing more money. Now just over 1 year later and they have snapped a big chunk out of the top set. I would advise against using this clinic. They will reply on here and other review platforms saying how they will help and do anything to make things right. They actually refuse to help unless they can get more money. Unfortunately I can't load pictures of all the problems I've had but they are on social media

PLEASE AVOID** I came here in January 2024 from the UK and my first visit went okay. On arrival I was picked up as promised and taken to what I would describe as a 1* hotel at best. But I made the most of it. I was told I would have crowns and 4 implants inserted on week one. 80% of the £3500 was paid upfront. This all happened and to be fair to the female dentist who did the crowns she did a good job. I also had a great guy called Alex support me and be in the room to translate. I returned in April 2024 This is where it it all started to go wrong. For some reason Alex was no longer my translator and I was left with two rather rude young people ‘Jack’ and ‘Nazik’ who made appointments and changed than last minute not telling me, so I was left waiting outside for time, there was delays with their ‘lab’ of days and when I asked if I would have time to have teeth placed they argued with me about when my flight home was suggesting it was later than it was. Eventually I was given an appointment and a man attempted to screw the teeth in. In one side they screwed them in so tight I cried out in pain, and this tooth has cracked through due to how tight it is. On the other side I was asked to bite down and discovered that they said the original dentist had put the screws in bent, and so they glued them in. They didn’t ask if they could glue, or if I had allergies. It was just glued. I questioned this several times to be fobbed off. I was told if the glue failed to see a dentist to glue back in (knowing that U.K. dentists won’t touch them) Since the crack in the tooth has worsened and I have sent several messages with no real reply. They are now ignoring me!! I was promised a lifetime guarantee (in my treatment plan) on the implants (which they say were inserted wrong) And a 10 year guarantee on the teeth, which if there are issues in the first 2 years that they would pay full costs to return and fix. Yet they ignore simple messages. They have now blocked me from their Facebook page to stop me warning others - please do not trust they do not care about their customers only want the I am seeking legal action so if anyone else wants to join a legal class action get in touch vickyandgeorge at btinternet dot com money and soon as they have it, they block you the moment you have an issue. Since writing this review I was offered a return. However i have since found out that they have discussed my medical treatment and potential return with other unhappy customers. This is a breach of their own data laws and Turkey is signed up to the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) and as such I will be taking 2 legal routes. Medical Malpractice and Data Protection breaches Luckily I have all evidence ma including them asking why they shouldn’t discuss me? This clinic is constantly trying to have my review removed, sating it breaches - it does not and i will not remove.

Terrible clinic

Terrible clinic. Unprofessional went for all on 6 top and bottom. No choice given just a bad fitting set of teeth. Had to return again after they broke in half. Couldn't afford to go elsewhere so got a second set of teeth just as bad. Had to pay own travel. Not even a year and so far bottom set came loose, got them tightened and found out abutments damaged when put in. Now top set has bits breaking off and becoming loose and need attention. Worst dentist in Turkey. Check out all fb turkey dental groups. Worst rated on every one....Do not go there . Ovoid at all cost.

Avoid this clinic

I went here for all on 6 in December 2023. I had 24 teeth removed and 12 implants put in, I was told I would get 28 crowns on my 12 implants. Which ment I would only have my wisdom tooth vacant. When I went back in the March they put only 24 teeth in and leaving me with lots of empty space at the back (where I'm ment to be eating) these (permanent) teeth broke within minutes. I questioned the 24 teeth and told them we agreed 28. When the next lot of permanent teeth came back, there was 28 teeth but these teeth where smaller and still only covered the same amount of space, leaving me with big gaps at the back. I was unhappy but I was told this is how they're going to be. I went home and within a month these teeth had broken. I informed the clinic and they told me I needed a report to get them fixed under the warranty. I had a nightmare trying to get a report off a dentist. The only place I could find willing to do a report wanted £450. Eventually after around 3 months the clinic agreed I could come back without the report. I went back in June and I was given the worst set of teeth I've ever seen, they don't look, act or feel like teeth, it's more like a mouth guard a boxer or rugby player would use. It's so big I now have a speech impediment and a lisp, my teeth sit infront of my gums all the way round, it feels awful and I bite my cheeks 2-3 times a week now which causes me constant pain and discomfort, i was invited for a forth trip to the clinic in December 2024 where I was told all my issues would be resolved, I was told they would make new teeth or shave some of the bits off where I was biting my cheeks. The dentist shaved a little bit off which cured nothing at all and I was told I had to pay for the hotel myself. Now I'm living with teeth that are worse than my original teeth and it causes me alot of depression and anxiety. So unfortunately I can't recommend this clinic.

I arrived here in Feb 2024 to have a consultation with the dentist which never happened the 1at tike I seen his face was when he was popping oxygen tubes up my nose 1 min from been sedated .. well what can I say about thw guy who I paid £500 for to give me conscious sedation .. baring in mind it says I paid just over £100 for he arrived never once dis I speak with any one regarding what was happening . He had no ppe ge was drinking coffee and smoking out side the we walked to the room no hygiene at all .. again still I'm unaware what was happening as still no consultation with a dentist . I'm my chats for months witu there coordinator I had 8 good teeth health enough to keep and crowed . I cone round and had has all my remaining teeth removed top and bottom. I wnt back to the hotel to sleep it off I then started to panic and messaged the coordinator which said they had told him in 10 year maybe these would need doing so they did them any way as its what I was quoted this is where things started to send red flags I kept in touch with Alex as I left wityu the most horrendous bottom fitted temps and bathing on top at all they made me the worse denture that didn't fit and looked like my 3 years old granddaughters teeth. I couldn't have fixed teeth due to my 2nd day app been told allreast an implant had failed this was all kept very hush hush and they was all chatting in Turkish and multiple peope came to look at my mouth I new there was something wrong. I then new this is not where I wanted to be or continue treatment i almost missed my flight home due to been left in reception for 5 hours awaiting this horrendous denture . Absolutely appalling care Or any companion. I came home and started asking questions I didnt get an implants passport or any help feom them when home other than refusing to help. I explained I couldn't physically go back there due to how I felt I was an absolute mess .I asked for all my medical records and my implant passport so I could see if I could get help here in the UK which theu refused I payed 80% ov my full treatment again the refused to send me my abutments I needed foe the inplants which I'd payed foe I'd also payed foe mort ov my 2nd journey which I dint go on they also refused to help resolve this .. then the messages started telling me to do my best when I told the. I was taking legal advice I asked foe a break down ov my recipt to actually show what I'd payed for which again was refused I've been blocked off the fb page so I added a post On another platform and was threatened my a new coordinator called josh I think it was.. telling me they was suing me cause ov my negative report... I am speaking with multiple peope who have been here and had poor quality cheap material work done who have left unhappy who are also fighting this company . I've since had the woek complete else where who told me my inpmats had been placed incorrect too far back meaning more work and more cost ... avoid this horror clinic at all cost
