My review of smilepod.

Back at smilepod for my second visit.after waiting six months with my temporary teeth it was time to come back for my permanent teeth.got my text message the day before stating what time i would be picked up for my first appointment.driver on time and took me to the dentist was greeted by all the lovely staff and waited in the beautiful reception area to be seen.then my dentist Dr hatice came and greeted me and took me for my appointment.dr hatice immediately put me at ease.what a great experience.she is meticulous very professional and took time to explain everything.i was always nervous about going to dentist but felt at ease the moment I walked in the door.every staff member was lovely from receptionist to my dentist Dr hatice her assistants the photographer.they make you feel like your special.i would highly recommend smilepod.lastly have to thank my coordinator from the first message I sent on WhatsApp untill I walked out that door with a great smile she has been there from pick up times to advise always replying to any messages.thank you smilepod for a great journey.

Doctor ritzer is just so amazing he makes you feel so at ease was there again 2 weeks ago got my back crowns done again just perfect loving my new teeth

Again my experience was just amazing great work by doctor ritzer made me so at ease and he realy does care and all other staff is just amazing always smiling

Disappointing Experience After Initial Engagement

I was initially impressed with Smilepod’s prompt responses and detailed treatment explanations. I provided my full medical history, scans, and was even booked in for a consultation in Manchester. Their team came across as organised and professional in the early stages. However, after I cancelled the Manchester visit — politely and with good reason, communication noticeably shifted. I later requested a consultation during my trip to Antalya and again in London, giving plenty of notice and flexibility on dates. Each time, I was told there were no appointments available. I was also told I’d be informed in case of cancellations, but that never happened. It started to feel as though they were choosing not to offer me an appointment, without saying it directly. I made a genuine effort to engage with the clinic, but despite being a serious and informed patient, I was left feeling pushed aside. Ultimately, I have decided to go elsewhere. I understand clinics are busy, but transparency and fairness in how patients are treated go a long way. Smilepod’s loss, not mine.

Be very careful with this clinic

Be very careful with this clinic. They seem more interested in taking your money than providing proper patient care. When I asked important questions, the coordinator was rude and told me I "talk too much" just because I needed two implants. Here are the questions I asked: Do they have insurance in place if something goes wrong?What is the doctor's success rate?Can I get a written treatment plan?Is there a warranty on the implants? These are basic questions every patient should ask, yet they acted like I was a problem for asking them. If this is how they treat you before payment, imagine after. Proceed with caution
