veneer's completed in 2023

Had veneer’s completed in 2023 didn’t have an issue early on but started having massive issues,all off my teeth were over prepared some back to the nerve had to go to a specialist/professor at this current time iv lost almost all of my teeth and have to get implants now. Id look at other studios as the after care team didnt really care and there warranty isnt worth the paper it’s written on

I went to Sevil Smile three years ago to get a full set of veneers. Since then, I’ve already had to return once after one of my veneers broke, and I’ve also had to pay for another tooth to be replaced here in the UK. In the past four months alone, three of my veneers have cracked — and another one broke today. When I contacted the clinic, they claimed it was because I wasn’t wearing my retainer at night. I explained that I do wear it regularly, and they then suggested the damage was due to teeth grinding. After only three years, this level of damage should not be happening. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic and would strongly advise doing thorough research before deciding to go there.

I was very disappointed after getting treatment from them. I just want to tell everyone don’t waste your time and money getting treated by these people.

Deeply Disappointed...!!!! I Wish I Had Chosen Another Clinic

I went to Sevil Smiles with so much hope, believing they would fix my dental issues and give me a better smile. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.....!!!!! The staff didn’t treat me with the care or respect a patient deserves, and the results were far from what I expected. I left feeling upset and regretful....!!!! If I could go back, I would definitely choose another clinic....!!!! Please think twice before spending your time and money here.

I found it very rude and unprofessional person who dealt with me as an administrator. i was going to have treatment but that one person change my mind as i did not feel comfortable or welcome. she ignored my queries and didn't seems interested also i have requested to transport back and have my passport back but she did not bother at all, i will say it was bad experience in Antalya by one person. its makes huge different to company as i didn't want to take any chance on others staffs i sure all not that bad. but i couldn't risk my experience as i have already experience negative welcome by this person. i cant fault reception staffs there are and wonderful and approachable but that one person who meant to explain me my treatment plan was unprofessional and not interested at all, i felt negative outcome from her. if i wanted to pay so much for treatment then accept some sort of client service but no at this point.
