Not worth it, after going back there to fix the teeth they keep chipping!

DO NOT USE!!! Most traumatic experience ever!!! Me and my sister booked to come to turkey to have composite bonding done last month. When we first arrived at the hotel we were told that we only had 1 room (there was 4 of us) after speaking to sam who booked us in they finally managed to get it sorted after the hotel staff saying they were fully booked so this started off badly anyways! After texting and calling sam Friday evening as we hadn’t heard anything about the appointment he just kept telling us when he finds out he will let us know… I received a text at 1:50am to tell us the appointment time which I was annoyed about because they scheduled us for the afternoon after we specially told them it had to be in the morning. We got picked up from the hotel and the taxi was full with 3 other patients. (we was told it was private transport at point of booking) One of the patients got dropped off at the Serinsey clinic and we got took to a whole different clinic called “Yensi” and when I questioned this they told me they had lots of different clinics in Istanbul. When we got there we was told there was a patient bein difficult so I was seen at 4;30 instead of 1:50 which was what was agreed. The dentist very quickly laid me down, didn’t ask how I wanted my teeth or what shade until I said “can I show you a picture” the whole experience was awful, I had bruises all in my mouth from the suction- I have uploaded the after picture of how they let me leave the clinic. After I was done, it was my sisters turn but there was a power cut for about 30 minutes we were all just sat there with our phone torches on no one was telling us what was going to happen just all spoke Turkish. Just before we left to go to the other clinic, one of the men who worked there grabbed me by my waist and tried to touch me which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I politely told him to get off me and he stormed off and seemed really angry. This was ringing alarm bells as we are two young girls in a foreign country. Once we got to the actual “SERINSEY” clinic the shutters were down and the dentist told us it’s under construction but there was clients in the clinic?? Once my sister had finished having her teeth done I let the dentist know I was very unhappy with my teeth and I wanted them corrected and she kept shouting “impossible”. One of the managers called TOBA then asked her in Turkish to remain professional which after hearing that I laid back up and said if it’s too much don’t worry I won’t get them corrected. At this point the dentists husband started shouting at me and telling me to get out of the clinic. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. There was even a girl at the clinic who refused to have her treatment after witnessing our experience. They have now blocked me off social media so that I can’t get in touch!!! Didn’t refund the money I paid and refused to fix the issues!!

‼️‼️ AVOID AT ALL COSTS ‼️‼️ The most incompetent and dishonest unprofessional company I have ever dealt with!!! I have traveled to turkey a few times to different companies with family for there teeth done and they have all been perfect and easy to deal with and the work carried out was 100% so believe me when I say I know what to expect when going to a dental clinic. So we traveled as a group of 9 some for composite bonding othered for crowns, on our arrival we received welcome message from Lilly who also proceeded to inform us she wasn’t in Istanbul which I thought was wrong as she was meant to be our coordinator. Anyway I thought it’s ok because obviously she will have someone else come meet us In her place!!!! Boy was I wrong 😑 the day after we arrived we had a message saying what time the driver would arrive mine was 6pm which I thought was rather late but it’s not unusual for turkey, anyway off I went arrived at the dentist which WAS NOT the main serinsey clinic I was promised by Lilly her self that I would have my treatment at the main dentist as I had read a few bad reviews regarding the other dentist. Anyway after waiting I had my xray I was then taken to a dental room where a dentist who couldn’t speak good English began to tell me what I would be needing all I could get was I need my bottom teeth removed and implants needed which I already knew would be a possibility, as there was bad communication he rang someone to come help me understand where a man turned up to tell me I would have to return back to UK with no teeth!!!! I said no that’s no possible I was not told this by Lilly when I sent her my pictures anyway I tried to ask what the new dental plan would be and the cost I was told to wait outside by this point I had not had a single consultation from anyone and so many red flags 🚩 where starting to show, after sat waiting for another hour I was told go back to hotel and wait to be contacted about my new treatment plan and still no one had come to explain anything to me. After been back nearly 2 hours with contact I had to message Lilly and ask what was going on!!!!! The reply I got was shocking she told me she had no idea what I was on about and no one had informed her of anything and she would try find out….. she then came back to me much later with a plan I wasn’t happy with I told her how I was feeling and about my concerns regarding the company and the running of it and not receiving a consultation, I was then told if I didn’t want there treatment I would have to leave the hotel!!!!!! As you can imagine that was it for me I was done no way was the company touching my teeth, luckily as I travelled in a group I could bunk In a friends room but I was charged £200 for the 2 nights I had already stayed which is disgusting as like I said I was ther 2 days mostly waiting on them!!!! Anyway my friends went ahead 2 had composite both went back multiple times as it was too bulky or misshaped, also whilst there I can not tell you how many people were complaining about there teeth and watch out for extra charges they love to over charge. My other 2 friends had crowns one bled soooo bad for 2 days, on the last day of fitting on Friday (we flew home sat morning) they gave my friend 15 root canals plus fitting she was there for 8 hours they then tried to over charge her my other friend was made to have 8 root canals plus fitting again tried to charge her £400 extra, every dental practice has told you this on day 1 after your X-rays anyway back home a friends composite had fallen off and cracked after 1 week she is now been ignored by the company, my other friend is having hers removed as it’s too bulky so far the crowns are holding up but the shoddy work can definitely be seen!!!!! Please please please stay clear of this company all they want is money they book far too many people in so the work is very rushed!!!!! I was a lucky one I managed to find another dentist who gave me a consultation of over 2 hours due to me needing a lot of work I thank god I went with my gut feeling!!!!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY

I still haven’t had a response from them for weeks—this is completely unacceptable and unfair treatment. My experience with this company was absolutely awful. I had to book another flight at my own expense to return and have it fixed, was told I would be reimbursed and still nothing, they are unprofessional!!! They are completely ignoring me. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and clearly doesn’t care about its patients. This company is a nightmare.

❌❌❌❌❌ well do i start so the person who you talk to over the phone and WhatsApp message can’t do enough for you so then you end booking. So I came last so I got picked got to the dentist when I got the reception they no greeting a person was on there phone you would off thought they would greet you by saying welcome to serinsey dental but no. Then your sat waiting for ages no Communication then your looking and observing the staff out off all the staff only one person had clinical PPE on all the others had hoodies on and T-shirts on hardly no speaking English. Eventually I had my teeth filled down which I thought they was been rough and rushing the process and laughing and joking right above me now that’s unprofessional. Three days later I go to get my crowns fitted they take my temporary ones out and now they are saying I need 5 root canals I was like WTF and my mouth my tongue inside of my mouth is so sore and my tongue a massive blister like thing on it and this a joke to water pay an extra 500 pounds so I had to have them done because my crowns were going over them now am well pissed off but while all this goin on the communication is literally 0 really bad practice and unprofessional I ended waiting 5 hours for them to to do my crowns but in the mean time when I was sat in the very small reception a girl come out with her mum after having her teeth filled down they told she needs 8 root canals her mum lost it with them.❌ they ripping us off over charging us❌. My teeth finally arrived they was that many people in and of the room it was a joke and the woman who’s trying them in her phone rang and picked up her phone to speak to the person again unprofessional and again as they left me in the chair for ages this like 4 times on and off I hear two women going mad because they are trying to over charge them by a 1000 pounds. Look I can keep going on the teeth are not right my upper jaw teeth are not long enough my lip sinks in to my mouth and when I smile you can’t see my teeth am so stressed out , but the whole process was very stressful I did not enjoy the experience if I new it was like this I would off never ever used them. And they over charged me by 600 pounds ❌❌ SO PLEASE DO NOT GO TO SERINSEY DENTAL GO ELSE WHERE PEOPLE ❌❌

Absolutely horrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience, knew it was bad when i was told my appointment was around 7pm and 20 composite teeth take on average 6/7 hours. The dentist i had working ob my teeth managed to do all 20 in 2 hours. Never asked any questions regarding shape or colour, did not ask or speak to me at all just spoke to eachother in turkish the whole time and sang. Never showed me any progress just super sped through the whole procedure averaging 5/10 minutes a tooth. Dentist also thought my chest was a table and kept leaving tools on me. End product was absolutely rubbish, bite is off, composite has sharp edges and points at the top of my teeth. The conposite resin has not even been blended properly all the way down to the gumline. Also was not taken to the clinic shown on there instagram was taken to another facility which i am assuming is a office that has been rented temporarily. Do not get your teeth done here find someone more reputable especially if you are not making them social media videos they will absolutely butcher you.

I went here in September for composite bonding, when I came I was waiting to be treated all day and the clinic didn’t get me in til really late, it was a completely different clinic to anything they show online, the dentist was eating during my treatment and I didn’t get finished until 4 am when they knew I had a flight at 10am! By the end of October my teeth had chipped in 3 different places from absolutely nothing but poor materials they use, 1 of the chips made my gums bleed excessively and I had to get a urgent repair while I was on holiday, the lifespan of composite bonding is supposed to be 3 years but these didn’t even last a month, I have now incurred over £500 in dental costs in the uk and wake up every day not knowing if my teeth are going to chip. Please if you are thinking of coming from England do not make the same mistake I did.
