Avoid this clinic

I went to pro estetik in izmir for all on 4 top and bottom. I had the most unprofessional and uncomfortable experiences on these visits. I got my finals in Feb this year and have been left with so many problems. It's now October and I have an off bite that causes me to speak funny. The bite has also caused teeth to chip and constantly bite my mouth/lips. The filler for the holes fell out within days. I have an implant on the bottom that sticks out from the prosthetic causing irritation to the tongue and gum. My messages to the rep stopped being opened on the 25/04/2025 so they have left me like this by choice

Aftercare -a very unprofessional experience

My original review on Prof. Bilgin was a glowing review 5 stars. But when I returned home I noticed a lump near one of my molars I presumed it was one of the implants just positioned slightly awry. I found out in January 2025 from dental xray in Ireland that one implant had impacted on my molar causing the infection. But I had returned to Bilgin's practice in Dec.2024 because the prosthesis the clinic fitted was loose, when they removed the prosthesis it had caused my gum to inflame and all abutments had lost their shine and were a dark brown colour. At the same time I asked if there was an infection in my molar and the random dentist examining me said there was and if I wanted it treated I would have to come back for 10 days but at that time he never stated that the implant had impacted my molar and caused the infection, even though it would have been seen clearly on their 3d xray. In conclusion- the impact on my molar by the implant being screwed into it would have been seen on the 3d dental xray initially and should have been rectified. And I would question the material in the abutments holding the new prosthesis/veneers in place. Real date of experience: 06 December 2024

Do not fall for these scammers..!Didn't even get to the first appointment of my dental treatment.On the very first night of our arrival we had our bag with passports,money in cash etc. stolen from our hotel room(Kordon Cankaya) by a member of staff which quickly vanished.After that we had no help offered from other reception staff,they didn't even want to give us a number to call the police,cctv cameras were "surprisingly" not working at the time of the incident.Next day they out our belongings backin a bedside drawer,as we spent a night in another room,and blamed us for not looking properly(as if we wouldn't check the main drawer for something as important as passports),cancelled all my treatment and we were kicked out of the hotel too. Our consultant Miss Gamze was blaming us too after it was her and the team that took us into this hotel.So names to remember and be aware off are: Miss Gamze,Mustafa,Western health and Pro estetik-Later on we found out that Gamze is working with the hotel management too.Have never ever received worse customer service than this and been so humiliated before! So be very careful when coming across this company!!! They are taking the oppurtunity to use people who are not in their country,don't know their language and the people around.
