Do not go to this clinic

Have had my finals fitted, all on 6 top and bottom, I requested from the start that I wanted no fake gums, had 2 sets of temps , 1st set were not right, 2nd set were fine apart from being too big and an implant was visible. The Dentist agreed to make teeth 2mm shorter and make sure the implant was covered. Fitting my finals was left until the night before I was due to fly home, mouth full of fake gums and 5 implants visible! Paid £7400 . Contacted clinic to say I was not happy, could they rectify the issue- " you signed paperwork, we have your signature" I continue to have contact with Esra, every message she sends gets more rude , very unprofessional. Then have contact with another lady as I cannot cope with the bad attitude Esra has. She answered immediately saying she can help , for that I'm really grateful 🙏 all i would like is what was promised, a great smile. I send her copies of the messages between myself and Esra as requested, lady says Thanks , I say no problem- i don't have anything to hide . I'm trying to sort out the issue in a professional manner - although I'm the customer . Sent 2 or 3 further messages as I have not heard back from anyone. Completely ignored. Pln are lovely until there's an issue. All i would like is the prostheses changed - no hassle, no nastiness. They have said i can return back and have them redone- at my own cost . There might be a lifetime guarantee with the implants and a 10 year guarantee for the crowns but there's no guarantee you'll get what was discussed and agreed on . I've been flagging my issues for 2 weeks , they ghost you . I have since spoken to other unhappy customers and they also get ignored. Yes, i did sign paperwork- no sooner had the crowns been fitted the paperwork is shoved in your hands to sign before you even see them. There's none of this , being handed a mirror whilst in the chair and everyone is elated - that's purely for the camera's- clinic moved overnight to work out of another clinic, no warning or mention this was happening, even had to stop on way to airport to collect my mouth guard. Everything is last minute and any time you express a concern you're just told it will be fine ! When asked if they would be happy to use my pictures for advertising purposes, no answer and ignored as usual. No doubt they'll be a sarcastic reply from pln denying anything was wrong, "you got what you paid for, we have your signature you agreed the implants , you can come back but you'll have to pay " I feel sad , it took me a long time to get the courage to have my teeth sorted- went there as we knew others that had gone there , they all had a different treatment to me though. Mostly I feel sad that they are not willing to sort this out.

I do not recommend this clinic at all and please read the good comments. because they ask people for feedback before they've even finished their work and so they cheat with implants by not showing you the implants from the original packaging and I don't give you a certificate right away like good clinics do They sent me just some piece of paper a month later I had implants and crowns done in them over a year ago.and that was my worst mistake to do in them I told them right away that I was in pain, but they took the money and said everything would pass, gave me pills and that was it. and now I have a lot of problem with those teeth they did and the pain is simply unbearable and no one wants to take on the job I don't recommend it, you'll just waste your money.

Ok…. So after a very Lengthy whatsapp conversation i decided to go with PLN (boy what a mistake!!) When i got to turkey the hotel they showed me i’d be stopping in wasn’t the one i ended up in, it was right next door to the clinic in the middle of nowhere and an absolute Bombsite with an empty disgusting pool! I complained so much they removed me the day after and put me in a slightly better one.. i was assured my treatment would be no more than £4200 “NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS” for 8 implants 2 bars and 24 zicronuim…. When i got to the dentist that Magically changed to £8k!!! And that was with NO sinus lift and NO bonegraft!! They told me the implants were german and they were actually cheap turkish ones so id imagine the crowns are exactly the same! They told me all on 4 is more expensive than all on 6.. they told me LIE after LIE after LIE… for gods sakes Steer Clear of these rob dogs!!! ***i’v added to this because the reply they send is also a load of BULLSHIT, they havem’t and will NOT contact me like they said they will. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE Personally i’d ignore EVERYTHING they’ve said below, its All codswallop, they’ve changed it from contacting me to wanting me to contact them 😂 I want absolutely Nothing to do with them ever again…. Let that sink in people

Hello dear English people from Great Britain and the UK, I do not recommend this clinic since 2023. My husband and I are trying to get crowns and implants. We have had no more problems with this clinic. Leave this here so that other people don't have to pay like us or we will take you to court. I gave them too many chances. I failed my husband this year 2025 3 times. The implants and crowns were done. I paid for tickets with our own money. Accommodation and food are too much for us. I asked for some teeth and that's all I paid 10,000 liras they changed our money plan when I first arrived in Izmir then they sent us to Antalya where I went 4 times in one year on our own money normally because they have incompetent doctors these are not doctors like 3 times the implants fell out. In 2024 they put veneers and crowns on me then in 2025 they took all my teeth out because the doctor who made me miserable and traumatized me in 2024 didn't make any more mistakes then in 2025 he put new teeth in me at 1 am then they didn't take us to the airport the next day and I paid 400 liras for the plane because I don't leave here enough to hurt them or something leave here for the English from the UK so they don't get hurt the same way I saw people who came with a price from the UK and when they got here they changed the plan they are thieves these people called PLN at this moment they are in Antalya promised me that they would pay for my plane tickets and accommodation, they left me and Alin Florin Fasui on the street, I came because for the 4th time my implants fell out again and they wanted to give me a check because they pulled my teeth at 1 am, dear English people, I know you visit this clinic, don't do it anymore, they are not serious people

Bridges falling out

I had new teeth fitted by PLN SMILE in turkey. When I returned to the UK one bridge fell out of my mouth and not long after another bridge fell out of my mouth. A local dentist glued them back and I have not had a problem since.i now have a bridge that has cracked PLN Smile are not interested honouring the warranty. PlN Smile also only refunded me £100 for my bills in the UK. My total expenses were over £1000.00. Don't go near this dental company.

I hope that none of you have a problem after you return home because although the treatment may be excellent if anything goes wrong and you need to return then you will have problems. As well as having to pay your airfare you will also have to pay for your own accommodation. To quote what I was told “we only cover the treatment “

Deeply Unprofessional Service Left Me Out Of Pocket

Upon arrival, my dental plan changed slightly (1 extra trip and 1 extra implant), which added an extra £1800 to my price, despite having sent a very recent X-ray before quotes were given. After my extractions, the dental staff issued antibiotics I had clearly listed in writing and orally as ones I was allergic to. Only after returning did communication become extremely poor, with points of contact frequently ignoring my messages for extended periods. At this point, I decided to find another provider. After much back-and-forth trying to reclaim my balance for services I had yet to receive, I was offered a refund only if I signed a contract forbidding me from sharing my experience publicly, which included financial penalties. This made me deeply uncomfortable. I have not received the agreed refund or the remainder of my money for treatment I have not received. On a positive note, the actual dental work itself was fantastic. The dentist who attended to me was very professional, set my mind at ease, and performed flawless work. I would not hesitate to recommend the actual dentist. However, the overall disorganization, lack of transparency, and business practices put a dark cloud over my experience.
