Medische nalatigheid en onverwachte kosten

I visited Istanbul Dental Center in April 2025 for multiple extractions, root canal treatments, and crowns. Before my visit, I clearly informed them that I am a Type 1 diabetes patient. Despite assurances via WhatsApp that they had experience treating diabetic patients and could safely perform the treatment, the clinic was unable to proceed because they could not provide the appropriate anesthesia. The anesthesia they had contained substances such as adrenaline and glucose, which are unsafe for Type 1 diabetes patients, whereas the anesthesia I required would have been safe. The clinic referenced other diabetic patients who were treated with their standard anesthesia, but each patient’s medical needs are unique, and this does not justify failing to ensure a safe treatment for me. Additionally, the total price of the treatment was unexpectedly changed on-site, causing further confusion and financial stress. The same treatment was successfully completed by another dentist within two days. I never refused treatment or requested anything beyond standard safety precautions. I had hoped for a professional and safe experience, but the clinic’s failure to properly assess my medical needs and prepare for the agreed treatment caused me unnecessary travel costs, additional hotel expenses, and significant emotional distress. On a positive note, my companion at the clinic deserves five stars for the calm and reassuring support provided throughout my stay.

Very bad experience and quality had crowns put in not even 2 months later bottom row fell out messaged them on WhatsApp no reply went to a dentist in Sydney for better review and the crowns they put in was the cheapest quality with cheapest glue method highly not recommended

these are the worst dental clinic anyone could ever go too, there all about show bizz and edited videos, they use cheap versions of zirconia crowns, your teeth comes out with thick groves and deep lines through them, all the videos you see on Instagram and WhatsApp status are all edited, there to busy focusing on the media for more paying customers, than paying the correct attention to your teeth, this is were the mistake are maid, If you go there, and your not happy with the results, you are surrounded by 5/6 people manipulating you and forcing you to accept them, when you stand your ground and don't accept them, then you see there nasty side, we all have heard the saying, if it's to good to be true, well it is, there so sweet through what's app , so perfect until you're money is handed over, you sign saying I AGREE, then wait for there attitudes to change, The dentist dr Gokhan got so angry with my wife, because she wouldn't accept her teeth because they looked herendous, he throw a mouthgaurd with putey in it, across the table with complete anger and rage ,then he stormed out side to SMOKE A CIGARETTE to calm down, he's to young and way under qualified for these type of procedures. They will do everything in there power to force and manipulate you to accept the teeth, even when they look horrible, they'll say there very nice. My advice to everyone, don't be fooled by these edited videos and pictures they post, this is all a sham We had to go to another dental clinic, to pay all over again, to fix the mess dr omer and team had done, More cost , new teeth for both of us, more hotels, flights, travel expenses, And they have strict rules, dr omer dental. I QUOTE they do not do refunds full stop. Dare to regreat dr omer dental, be my guests. I mean this is what leaving a review is all about, trying to protect others from suffering at the hands of omer dental 🚫STAY AWAY 🚫AVOID 🚫AVOID🚫STAY AWAY 🚫 The minute you say I don't like my teeth, that's when things go horrible wrong, They tried to hush us away and trying there best for us to get in to there , drivers car. To drop us to the airport, even doh our flight didn't leave for nearly 9 hours later , I mean who wants to wait 9 hours in an airport. I stood my ground and wouldn't leave, I just lost all confidence in dr omer dental, so we found another dental clinic, who was very professional, and wasn't about show bizz or media. The new dental clinic was so calm and professional, there was no cameras and show bizz going on, just a professional dental clinic. The whole set up they have, it's like a rat race , it's like the hustle and bustle on a street market, it's crazy how they OPPERITE, don't be fooled by these people, honestly it's like your in movie script, cameras, pictures, videos, AS IF YOUR ON BIG BROTHER OR SOMETHING, REMEMBER YOUR HAVING YOUR NEW PERFECT TEETH DONE, SO THE FULL ATTENTION SHOULD BE ON YOU AND YOUR TEETH, IF ANYONE HAS BEEN ALREADY, TELL ME IM WRONG, YOU CANT BECAUSE YOU NO ITS THE TRUTH, Use another professional dental clinic, SOMEWHERE WITH A CALM ENVIRONMENT. I STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTAL CLINIC, OR LIVE TO REGRET IT. Unless you like massive teeth, with massive thick groves and lines going through them, this left the surface so uneven like a country lane. THEY SAID THE THICK LINES WAS NORMAL, TO GIVE A NATURAL LOOK, HONESTLY, I HAVE OVER 30 PICTURES ON MY PHONE OF DR OMERS TEETH THEY FITTED, THE SURFACE WAS SO UNEVEN, THE GROVES AND THICK LINES WAS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE, THEY MAID ME LOOK LIKE A CLOWN. This was the worst experience of our lives. I have so much evidence in my phone, how disastrous they left our teeth, videos of the rat race going on in the surgery, more evidence proved they used cheap materials in zirconia crowns. That's what the other dentist checked for me in there lab, cheap materials , ASK YOUR SELF THESE QUESTIONS, THEY HAVE GREAT FEEDBACK THEY HAVE AMAZING VIDEOS 5 STAR LUXURY HOTELS PRIVATE DRIVER TRANSFERS INCLUDED SO MUCH TO OFFER YOU FOR VERY VERY LITTLE MONEY THINK ABOUT IT. HOW CAN THEY BE MAKING A PROFIT , BECAUSE THERE USING COUNTERFEIT MATERIALS, FAKE CHEAP ZIRCONIA CROWNS THE SHOCKING PART, OF ALL THIS ITS LIKE A CONSPIRACY THERE, WHEN WE WERE SHOCKED WITH THE DISASTROUS TEETH, THEY ALL SHOWED NOTHING BUT GUILT, THEY KNEW THERE WERE DOING SO WRONG, TOO PEOPLE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU, ITS YOUR MONEY THEY WANT, HENCE WHY THEY ARE SO SWEET BEFORE YOU HAND YOUR MONEY OVER, THEY'LL TELL YOU , MESSAGE ME ANY TIME , IF YOU HAVE NIGHTMARES , DONT WORRY WHAT TIME IT IS, YOU CAN MESSAGE ME ANY TIME, IM ALWAYS HERE, THATS WHAT VICTORIA SAID TO ME Try contact them when you go home, they'll tell you ,sir its very late here, because they don't want to NO AS FOR AFTERCARE CHECK UPS WHEN YOU GO HOME, WELL YOU'LL BE WAITING AND WAITING, BECAUSE IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN. Never ever would I go near this place again

Horrible Experience

The clinic it self looks great and the doctors are nice and friendly. But that’s about it! I got horrible results. Did emax zerconia crowns on all the teeth. Also got two root canals which started to hurt after two months. The crowns were made so huge, they look like horses teeth. Also they had to sharpen them to the point where there is no way to repolish them, so I feel all the roughness on many of the crowns. That being said, the back teeth are so flat after sharpening them down that I can’t normally chew food especially meat. Two crowns got chipped after 4 months. I had 4 consultations with different clinics in Turkey and in America, and all of them were shocked from looking on the pictures I sent them. Going to get everything redone at the different clinic where I know some people who got their teeth done and are happy till this day for about 3-4 years now. Some clinics give 5 year warranty. Do a good research before you choose any dental clinic. Ps: my crowns got dark on the inside upper teeth, bottom and surface of the bottom chewing crowns. After talking to several clinics I’ve been told that it’s either chip material or poor production of crowns.

the worst clinic ever! The crown was placed incorrectly. They themselves confirmed this. They said they would replace it, but I don’t have time to fly from London to Istanbul. The reception staff are rude. I paid by card and they charged 8% more of the cost. terrible place. Please don't go. and plus the price varies depending on the passport you have. if you are from America the price will be much higher for all procedures
