what a terrible service

what a terrible service! gave the manager plenty of opportunity to put things right but incredibly he refused. website is wrong and out of date giving wrong address for offices and also web page got pricing wrong also, web pages and company description on here talks a good game but the customer service I received was awful. couldnt even get the basics right. so glad i had this experience right from the off before shelling out thousands of pounds on treatment as feel sure i have prevented making a very big mistake in going ahead with them. plenty of other alternative options out there rather than use this lot.

Terrible

Had my teeth done 20 crowns £4000 after less that a month problems started pain and inflammation then abscess after months and months of complaining about the pain they finally let me go back to Turkey at my own cost to fix the problem they did an operation but that didn’t fix the problem now I’m being ignored no after care do not use!!!! Going to cost £8000 to put right in uk.

New look bad experience

I went to Altrincham for a scan at new look smile and they told me I needed my top four front teeth replacing and quoted 7k! So went to turkey Antalya on arrival I gave them my medical records and told them I was diabetic and the refused to do the procedure and refunded only my flight money! So went to different company called Elysium and they told all my teeth needed replacing so that day all teeth was removed had four on four implants and only cost 5k and they did a professional job! So think I would think twice before you use new look smile expensive and wrong diagnosis!

I’m very disappointed and saddened with my experience. My experience was traumatic, there was no empathy and i noticed as time went on, friendliness with curtain staff started to diminish. i didn’t receive the extra care i required as i get very bad anxiety and overthink, i noted this down on the form i filled out. i felt pain during the whole experience after i was told i wouldn’t feel any. This included not informing me on the next steps, like he never said he was going to drill my teeth, he just started drilling, numbing, and pushing so i was met with crippling anxiety and pain. Even times where i put my hand up to stop he would either stop for a few seconds and continue or not stop at all. Gum contouring wasn’t very pleasant and at times found it difficult to breathe. My second temporary teeth kept falling out even when i drunk water, sneezed or ate. It was extremely difficult to brush. I had to go in to get them “glued”, it felt rushed and was pretty much brushed off once the temporary teeth were glued on. The process was very traumatic and i broke down half way through my time in Antalya and wanted to fly home without the work being finished. Information was on a “don’t ask, don’t tell” basis. The dental assistants looked like they didn’t want to be there and don’t engage in any form of friendly conversation or smile. I was given a night guard to wear at night following permanent crowns. However caused me pain on several occasions, so bad it made my gums inflamed to the point i couldn’t brush my teeth, have food or drink without pain. I let them know initially it was a bit painful to which i was told is normal so i kept at it for a couple more days until the inflammation and pain started and i couldn’t handle it anymore. The hotel was budget; was informed we would stay at 4 stat or equivalent, the hotel we stayed at seemed to be a 2 1/2 stars f that. * The water in the shower didn’t drain properly. * There was peeling at the bottom of the shower * The bed was hard. * The blanket didn’t cover the whole bed. * No cutlery in the room. * The balcony smelt strongly of cat urine. * The room was very cramped and small. We ended up paying an additional hotel we picked as it was more comfortable for us for the remainder of our stay. What made the icing on the cake was our driver took us to the wrong airport terminal furthering my anxiety of missing our flight. Overall, if i had a choice, i wouldn’t go back.
