Liras and bad service after you have business with disappointed and horrible company

Is terrible for my experience before I thought is good service after the business with them don’t care the client just all the time for the money I been turkey to go there fourth times first they cost me 11.568 euro round this after one month more my implant teeth is cut it half and just told me for my teeth’s not for the fight and hotel and cost me to fight back to fix my teeth’s and the last one is still cost my 1200 euro to fix buy is not last long my teeth’s is falling one piece and keep told me may be you bite your teeth’s at night keeping all is my fault try to Fool me and lied first time is good is because have business after still cost me spend the money with their company is made me so angry and sad and disgusting and disappointed I don’t have choice to let them keep ask me to spend the money is cost me a lot money I better do in England I thought is cheaper but is not more expensive I so regret to deal with this company I never never to trust that company again ( Natural clinic ) is lira and treat the customer are fools I just let people know how disgusting this company and terrible service now 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

My experience at Natural Clinic Turkiye

travelled internationally to Natural Clinic Turkey for a thread lift after being quoted €1000 repeatedly over a long period. Once I arrived, the price suddenly changed to €1800, then was “discounted” to €1500 — while the clinic itself was advertising €1250 for threads on screens inside the clinic. At that point, having already travelled, it felt like I was being cornered into paying more. Clear bait and switch. After the procedure, I was given minimal aftercare and specifically told not to worry about a facial corset. Only after I had left Turkey was I told I must wear one for 10 days. By then, I was in another country and unable to source one. This should have been clearly communicated and provided at the clinic. A thread then came loose and started protruding from my skin. It became infected. I contacted the clinic immediately, sent photos, and asked for urgent advice. I was ignored for a week while dealing with an active complication. When I finally did get a response, it was from a consultant, not a doctor, who told me to leave the thread in and that it would be “fine.” I later had to have it surgically removed in Indonesia, and the doctor there told me that leaving it in could have led to a much more serious outcome. Weeks later, the doctor finally contacted me and apologised for not providing proper aftercare instructions. By that point, the damage had already been done. I asked for compensation or at least a partial refund given what had happened. Instead of addressing this properly, I was placed into a WhatsApp group with around ten people. Not one of them responded to my requests. I was completely ignored. After well over another month, they informed me they would not be offering any refund at all. I was treated with utter contempt throughout this process. I am now left with an uneven result due to an inconsistent number of threads, on top of the stress, additional medical costs, and risk I was exposed to. If anyone else has had similar experiences with this clinic and is interested in pursuing a class action or making formal complaints to the Turkish Ministry of Health, please reach out. Do not gamble with your health. This clinic is incredibly unprofessional.

they are just stealing money thats all No after treatment care > and above all once you go your estinates will be doubled ... there are so many clinicn in istanbul you cvan go anywhere ,, but avoid going here,,This is swear to God honest opinion

I was contacted by the company to see if I’d like a free consultation regarding rhinoplasty. As I was in Istanbul for a short visit,I agreed. They said even tho I was an hr away from their clinic they would pick me up and drop me back straight after. They picked me up as arranged and I seen their experts as agreed. I wasn’t at all convinced by what they had to say in the conversation . And when I didn’t commit to deposit for the surgery the promptly refused my return transfer leaving me an hours drive in a location I had no clue about. This was extremely unprofessional.my advice to anyone thinking of this clinic for any procedure is DON’T.

Awful experience

Awful experience. Went 5 years ago got implants wasn't told I would have to come back. Had a temporary denture that left me unable to talk or eat properly and totally changed the shape of my face. When I complained I was told it would settle down. Got back to the UK and had to get an emergency plate made which sorted the problem instantly. Lost faith in them but after 5 years I decided to go back. I was told the cost would be €2800. After I arrived and was scanned I was told it would be €9000 euro. I politely said I couldn't afford it. Then was kept around for hours trying to negotiate with me. I kepy it saying I couldn't afford it but on and on it went. Then I have to pay for the hotel and transport. Worst experience for me. A lot of other people seemed happy, but for me a nightmare!

I had a very disappointing experience with Natural Clinic and would not recommend it to anyone considering medical or cosmetic treatment here. While their marketing makes them seem professional and highly rated, my personal experience—and many others’ online—tells a different story. Communication with the clinic was absolutely terrible from start to finish. I was never given clear information about my procedure, and updates were sparse or non‑existent. Even after paying in full, staff barely responded to emails or messages, leaving me frustrated and unsure about what was happening. The results of my treatment were far below expectations. What I was promised was not what I received, and follow‑up support was almost nonexistent. I soon discovered several other patients online with similar stories—people claiming they were misled, left without results, or even called out the clinic as dishonest. Worst of all, some reviewers reported spending thousands of euros on treatments like stem cell therapy or hair transplants that didn’t work at all, and then being ignored when they tried to resolve the issue. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and stressful. There are plenty of other clinics in Istanbul with better communication, more reliable outcomes, and genuine patient support they quoted me $10,000 for a procedure, but after lengthy negotiations, the price was reduced to $3,000. While the discount seemed good at first, it felt like a tactic to get me to commit, and it raised red flags about transparency and ethics.

SCAMMERS: STEM CELL TREATMENT SCAM.

A colleague from my school, where I work, was seriously scammed by this clinic by selling him an expensive STEMCELL treatment for his baldness. The treatment later turned out to be a scam and never scientifically proven. My school contacted a former doctor from this clinic via LinkedIn, and she confirmed that the clinic runs on fraud and false promises, which is why she left. The clinic's owners are businesspeople with no medical background and criminal records, and their only goal is to scam as many people as possible. Now my colleague is trying to contact them, but they refuse to respond! He also wants his treatment agreement to hire a lawyer, but they refuse to provide it.

Don't trust them

Terrible communication very little support or wrong information before during an after. I did my hair transplant 3 years ago with them. The result is Zero. Please don't spent money with them. They will show their true face when you go to their clinic. They just only need money. Wish i can get my money back.
