My experience with Mira Clinic has been disappointing. The communication through WhatsApp felt a little unusual at first, but they were well organised overall, especially with collections and transfers between the airport, hotel and clinic. The hotel they arranged was dirty, tired and not what I would expect for a clinic of this standard, so I ended up sorting my own accommodation. This didn'tseem too much of an issue and Iwas allowed to proceed. The clinic itself looked clean and the staff were attentive at first. I was originally advised to have crowns, then told I should go ahead with mainly veneers instead, which made the treatment a lot more expensive. I trusted their advice and was told the teeth would have a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, the problems started quite quickly. My teeth have remained very sensitive for four months, even though I never had sensitive teeth before. The new teeth are also too close together, which makes it impossible to floss properly. One crown chipped after just three weeks, one front veneer fell off completely a few days later, and since then another front tooth and another back tooth have also chipped. When I contacted the clinic, I was told I would have to pay again for the veneer that fell off, and they blamed the chipped crown on me not wearing my night shield, which wasn’t true. I won’t be going back, and I’d advise anyone considering this clinic to think carefully before booking.

Currently waiting for a sensible response. After one year my crown fell off, I had to return to Turkey at my cost, now one year later the abutment on my implant has came loose on same tooth. So far apart from apologise Mira have given no sensible solution. Except travel again at my cost. So what looked like value has became a painful nightmare, beware!!!!

Hello everyone. A beautiful facade hiding total incompetence inside. Yes, the clinic looks modern and expensive, but in reality there are no qualified professionals. They demand 100% payment upfront, which should already be a red flag. I arrived with my temporary bridge and a clear goal — a Hollywood smile. What I got instead was crooked, careless and damaging dental work. Look at the photos: • the lower veneers are installed crooked, one higher, one lower — absolute chaos; • the upper bridge is shifted to the right; • the teeth have no center at all, the smile is completely off; • the color is dirty white and does not match what was promised; • two implants were damaged. The worst part — I am still in pain to this day. The new bridge was made without any fitting, as if this were a factory line, not medical treatment. I asked for a refund. They returned a ridiculous 150 euros. Check the receipts. This is not compensation — it is mockery. If this kind of work is too difficult for the clinic, why do you take patients at all? I was treated by Dr. Nadir, and this was the worst medical experience of my life. Everything here is deception. I was promised 10 days, but ended up spending 3 weeks in a hotel, losing 3 weeks of work, along with my money, nerves, and dental health. This is not dentistry — it is a very expensive disaster. Never again. And to everyone reading this — think very carefully before trusting this clinic with your health you.

Don’t ever trust these people they tell you one thing for your first visit and you your last visit they’ll change everything and start adding up extra costs..the quality is not even good avoid them and thank me later.avoid avoid avoid them at all cost all the implants ain’t healing good and the customer service very rude.

Wow, i had an been speaking with Alex through whats app about finishing my full mouth restoration. Ive already had all implants surgeically placed, exposed with healing caps, so all i needed was to have the prosthesis made and attached to my existing implants. All was going well until i was asked about any medical conditions, i answered honestly that i was hiv positive but had been undetectable for years. I immediately got the following response “mr David, we are sorry for this but we are not dealing with people who have HIV.” And i thought they were a world class dental clinic, this must part of the old world Turkish charm they talk about.
