My gums are now chronically inflamed. 3. Second opinion BE: Belgian dentist confirms in writing: Crowns structurally damage the gums. Surgery needed due to their negligence. 4. 0.0 responsibility: Magic Smile says “we are not a problem” - they deny hard evidence from an independent doctor.

Magic smile are conartists, I am now on my third set of full arch bridges in my upper and lower jaw because of poor quality, the first 2 sets were misaligned and broke in several places so I had to keep returning and tsking time off work for replacements. The third set have both snapped upper and lower with the upper set having half fall off and out of my.mouth. I have recently been to a u.k. dentist to get their professional opinion and they have told me thay the sinus that I had asinus lift on has completely snapped. The bridges are poor quality and should have had a titanium bar across them for strength. They should have been screwed onto my implants not just glued. Several of the Implants are loose in my jaw and that they shouldn't have been fitted in certain places as there isnt enough bone to support them. Having contacted the clinic about the damaged bridges I was told that I would have to pay for the upper set to break replaced as the warranty had run out even though they were fitted less than a year ago because the warranty was for the first set and this third set isnt covered by a warranty as they 'fixed the issue' already. I am in talks with lawyers at the minute about their negligence and will be perusing legal action against them

Please look into the dentist use are choosing when visiting turkey in the long run find someone who gaurentees your after care !!! I honestly can ask you enough to avoid this dentist they have done nothing but leave me In a situation and if they think I’m going to stop until I have justice is not going to happen.

I would not recommend this place at all. I am not one to write bad reviews but in this case I couldn’t not. My boyfriend visited this clinic around 2 years ago. As soon as he got there they were so money obsessed and only asking when he was going to pay before he even had a consultation about what his teeth would look like. He got his teeth done and paid, 2 days later he went back saying they were wobbly in his mouth. They dismissed him and told him this was normal and they would be fine. He came home to the uk. 9 months later it got to the point where his teeth were practically falling out so he had to pay to go back. When he got there they stuck them back in and said he owed them £250 (even though it had been less than a year and they previously said he had 2 year guarantee with them. So he angrily left and said he wouldn’t pay an extra £300 as he felt ripped off after having to return so sudden as it is. A year later and he has had to go back for a second time due to unbearable pain. It turns out he had a major cyst under his teeth and 2 other dentists said that it was because they were not placed correctly in his mouth. Clearly showing that due to their lack of care and their negligence his mouth has got seriously infected over the time. This resulted in him having to get 4 of his natural teeth removed and spend thousands more pounds. He tried to contact them and they have dismissed him and couldn’t care about his experience even though he has been in severe pain due to there actions. Please just think before getting your teeth done here as it’s only caused pain and trouble ever since he stepped in that clinic.

Worst company to deal with big regrets

I have now had a second implant fail and completely fall out. I again messaged magic smile and they told me I had to fly over st my own expense which would involve 10 days off work and 4-5 k in travel expenses. To have these fixed in Australia is at least 10k which they should reimburse me to have these fixed work fixed local not have me fly over for these too fail again. I’ll be going further with this.

The entire version of events you are about to read can be corroborated evidentially by saved emails, Whatsapp messages, voicenotes from one of the owner's who's name I have had to remove, I also had a personal meeting in Glasgow with him which was also witnessed. I attended magic Smile in Antalya, September 2023 and was advised all my remaining teeth needed to be extracted and that I required full implants. So day one full extraction, jaw bones drilled and implants placed and gums stitched up. I had a 4 month recovery period which was very difficult as I am sure anyone can imagine. I returned late January/early February 2024 to have the 2nd part of my treatment, having the crowns/dentures fitted. The whole treatment cost me £8800, add spending money for 2 trips equated to around £13000. With this type of procedure I would think it is not unreasonable to expect a number of years without any issues. Less than 6 months later a vertical crack appeared on the lower crown, so I had to go back at my own expense in August 2024, this brings my outlay to around £16000. 3 days before flying back over the filling where the crack had appeared came out completely. I attended back at the clinic and was advised the lower crown would be sent to the lab and examined. A new crown was made and I was given no explanation whatsoever as to the diagnosis from the lab and why the crown had failed. Within 3 weeks of being back in the UK I was eating poached eggs on toast and a piece of the lower crown snapped off. I contacted the clinic and was immediately told I had to book my own flight, hotel and to return for a full 7 days. No mention of being surprised at another failure in quick succession, I emailed them and reminded them of their responsibilities as a medical provider and to their patients, also the products being used were not fit for purpose and that I would seek legal advice. Shortly after I was contacted and apparently the manager had made a mistake, the owner stated that due to my "unique circumstances" I was covered by "special warranty", and they would arrange my flight and hotel. The owner was at another of the numerous event days they hold in the UK and I attended in person along with a friend to witness the conversation. I was ushered into a room away from prospective new clients and immediately was being told what course of action I was going to take. The owner did not want to listen and continued trying to talk over me. I asked him if he was also going to pay me for the 9 days I would have to take off work, the look of horror on his face was a picture. I was very angry refused his offer and demanded my money back, he replied by stating they could prove the implants were fine by x rays, so I congratulated him on doing half the job correctly that I have fully paid for and requested enough of my money back to cover the cost of new crowns, flight, hotel which came to £6400. He stated he would need to speak to his partner's and get back to me, I knew the minute I walked out the door this would not be happening, body language gives a lot away he could not care one iota about patient welfare it is all about profit nothing else. Mine are not unique circumstances I know personally of another patient (Debs from Wales), exact same dates, procedure, she had been back 4 times prior to me going in August 2024. Or Jim in Australia who has been in agony for months? I have been requesting for over 6 months a copy of the lab report and the terms and conditions of the "special warranty" which they have not sent, so it begs the question are they even recording issues/failures or are they deliberately withholding this from the public. Some facts for people reading this, not one email from these people had a name attached, in all correspondence they have referred to themselves as a business, company and firm, not once did they refer to themselves as a medical practice or clinic. They have been in business as they advertise for 8/9 years, the owner claims everything they do is "Perfect", his words, Google best dentists in Antalya and see where they come on the list, nowhere. Warranty for crowns is 2 years and it is not worth the paper it is written on, if you have a problem you will be paying for their mistakes. Anyone considering implants, here is what they DO NOT tell you....Magic Smile advertise everywhere the fact they use International brands of implants, however what they don't tell you is that the type of fixing they use to secure the crown is certainly not international standard. They use a system that suits their own needs and forces you to reattend their clinic as there are very few dentists in the UK and other countries that have the specific tool to adjust or remove your crowns. So can the owner explain why you do not inform your patients of this prior to any treatment? Time will prove everything DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!
