I am devastated and financially exploited by Kristal Clinic

I wrote a review on social media in March about my treatment at the Kristal Clinic. What they did to me was terrible, and I'd like everyone planning treatment there to consider that this is a place where your teeth will be destroyed without any chance to communicate or fix what they did wrong. What they say about communicating with patients is untrue. Zero respect and communication. I went to the clinic with teeth in very good condition. I just wanted to change their color. Everything was treated, but many teeth were still without fillings, which was confirmed by an X-ray at the Kristal Clinic. After the X-ray, the doctor recommended only veneers on the front upper and lower teeth, and crowns on the treated teeth on the sides upper and lower. After the veneers and crowns were placed, the pain was excruciating. They said it would go away. After I got home, the pain became unbearable. The doctors there said that poorly fitting crowns could cause tissue death, and I should contact the clinic that installed them to quickly fix the problem. I contacted them and asked for help many times, but unfortunately, no one was willing to help. Then the veneers at the front started falling off. I contacted them again and described everything on social media. After this incident, but only after a few months, I received a message that the clinic would see me and check what needed to be done. I had already had the veneers glued here in London, where I live, and I paid a lot for this mistake. My right-sided teeth still hurt terribly. I couldn't sleep and was constantly on strong painkillers like Nemesil. Regular ibuprofen didn't work. The doctor in London said that the Kristal clinic needed to be held accountable as soon as possible. The first doctor at the Kristal clinic caused my tooth to die because the poorly fitting crowns were pressing on the tissue. After the social media scandal, the Kristal Clinic contacted me 10 months later and informed me that if I removed the negative reviews from social media, they would invite me for an examination. I agreed and went back to the clinic. They took another X-ray and removed the crowns due to the pain, as it turned out that my healthy tooth, never treated before, had completely died due to poorly fitting crowns. I was only supposed to change the color, but the Kristal Clinic destroyed my tooth. After They decided to perform a root canal and then re-crown it. They promised that this time everything would be fine, but the doctor who did it no longer works there. Furthermore, I wasn't satisfied with the color they recommended previously and decided I wanted the whitest possible shade. They charged me extra, even though my tooth had died because of them, and I had suffered so much pain that I could have lost all my teeth. I ended up paying an additional 2,000 pounds. Previously, I had paid more than 5,000 pounds. Unfortunately, it turned out that they had placed a veneer instead of a crown on a tooth that had been damaged and necrotic by them, and then treated with a root canal. What kind of doctor places a veneer on a dead tooth? Now my tooth is at risk of fracture, which will lead to a transplant in the future. Therefore, I need to fix it as soon as possible. Furthermore, the color they chose this time is a blue-gray because the lab used the wrong mixture of veneer and crown material. This is the expert opinion of London dentists. Furthermore, my custom-made tooth shape has been completely changed at the front and doesn't even resemble the previous one. I only wanted a slight change in shape, and one side of my teeth is a different length than the other. The doctor tried to fix it on the spot, but said there was nothing more he could do because the lab did a poor job. I'm extremely dissatisfied and deeply saddened that someone I paid and trusted deceived me like that. The clinic, in response to my pleas for help, brushed me off and ignored me again. That's why I decided to write again on social media. After my social media post, on March 30th, Mr. Ivan Gargol, my consultant who referred me to the clinic, contacted me and said he would contact the Kristal Clinic to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it's now April 9th, and no one has contacted me. I'm deeply saddened because I'll have to pay again at another clinic to repair what they did to me. I now resemble someone who bit a blue Smurf, that's how everyone comments about my teeth, and on top of that, I have a veneer instead of a crown on a dead tooth that was at risk of complete tooth loss. It was healthy and had no filling at the beginning of treatment. I'm devastated and financially exploited by this clinic. I should be happy with my smile, but I'm not smiling at all.

I don’t recommend

I did a lot of research in crystal Clinic and the way the advertise I contacted them and I went there five months ago to do my implants. That’s my few years savings to fix my teeth. I went there and I did 8 implants and I thought they did a good job. Dr. Hadi did the implants so after five months I went for my 20 zirconia so I did find out. I have two implants on top of each other was done very wrong. It was for my back teeth, and two implants was in the bottom front was not installed correctly, so the install the zirconia with a big blob of plaster on the front of my mouth was also done very wrongly. Dr. Youssuf did not like what he saw in my mouth and tried to correct the problem but he says that’s all we can do. I really don’t recommend crystal Clinic for what they did to my life. I’m really really disappointed Esther. I did my teeth. I went back to United States and they have a lot of infections and a lot of pain. I went to the US dentist and he told me a butcher. Did this not dentist and it was not done correctly so I have suffered and I will keep suffering from their mistakes.

Very bad clinic, my teeth are broken in 1 months, guarantee are not working at all, and plus they are not answering, I waited 2 months for getting answers.Please be careful when driver collect you , he is very dangerous.I was so scare . I will go to court, they must to answer that’s what they did.

Veneer fallen out after 7weeks

I had Veneers done at Kristal Clinic 7weeks ago and have been in agonising pain ever since arriving back to Australia. I am on pain medication 24/7 waking up every night in the middle of the night once the pain medication wears off. Yesterday I had one veneer just fall out after 7 weeks and I accidentally swallowed. I went to see an Australian dentist today and they were horrified how much of my enamel has been removed they said 3ml to 4ml had been removed from my natural teeth when only 0.5ml should be removed for veneers and the placement of the rest of the veneers remaining are really terrible and that’s why I have constant pain and sensitivity.

Hi, I would just like to let you know I’ve took some legal advice on what happened when I arrived in Istanbul as I have all of the messages clear communication between us agreeing on what Dental work that I need doing when I sent over the x-ray clearly showing what Needed to be showing in the x-ray and when I arrived, I got treated with no decency except to be told that I needed to pay a lot of extra money and a lot of extra procedures that I should have been told before I spent a lot of money booking a flight arriving 3000 miles away from home basically given false information which My Solicitor has told me that it is fraud what has been done to me? You got an x-ray you give me a dental plan we agreed a price which when I arrived I had the funds to pay you and then you tried to overcharge and completely change the Dental plan to benefits yourselves. I will also be reporting you to TikTok Instagram Facebook and all family and friends will be reporting you for what you are doing to patients I spent over €1500 between flights and cancellation fees and travelling back-and-forth. I can assure you that this will not be brushed on underneath the carpet and I can assure you that your TikTok Instagram and Facebook pages will be closed down and everybody will avoid going to your clinic for any kind of dental work in the future you are totally this honest people and all of the messages proving that you agreed on one dental plan and On agreed Payments and then when I went and spent my money and arrived in Istanbul all you wanted to do was scam me for extra money, every social media platform I will be speaking to all of the departments of government in Turkey which My Solicitor has advised me to send over all of the information as it’s a total scam what you are doing and I can assure you that this will not happen to anybody else in the future and I will be submitting criminal procedures towards you intruder right channels to retrieve by expenses for which I was out for what he had done to me from tomorrow procedures will start all family and friends will be notified all social media platforms with all of this information so this will never happen again I will look forward to making sure that this terrible ordeal I have been through will not happen to anybody else I spend €1500 in flights travel also I was forced to pay a cancellation fee which I will requested for you to repay my expenses as it is your fault For me having to go to this. Please reply with a clear confirmation. Are you going to reimburse me of my expenses as it clearly shows that I done everything correct and when I arrived, he changed everything around.

My experience at Kristal Clinic in Turkey was awful. The online reviews and ratings are completely misleading. Dr. ABDELRAHMAN NABAA is extremely unprofessional—patients are left waiting for hours past their appointment times with no respect for their schedule. What’s worse, they placed a crown on a dead tooth, which caused a painful infection and forced me to spend even more money to fix their mistake. This kind of dishonesty and poor treatment is unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding this clinic. There are far better options where your time, health, and money will actually be respected.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Kristal Clinic in Turkey. The reviews and stars they show online are very misleading. The staff is rude and completely disrespectful of patients’ time – you are left waiting 2–3 hours past your scheduled appointment before the dentist even sees you. Even worse, they lied to me and placed a crown over a dead tooth, which caused a serious infection and ended up costing me even more money to fix. This was both painful and extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this clinic at all. Save yourself the stress, money, and health risks by going somewhere else that values honesty, patient care, and proper treatment.
