The most horrible experience in my life . My implant are exposed and half out from day one .I been in clinic 4 time to help me because cost me pain .They said come back They put me to pay extra money for flight ,ticket and hotel and Answer was ⁉️ We can not do anything to fix the mes they did with my implants . I keep take antibiotic becouse the pain and inflamations is there all time . The life guaranty they give me is just fake because they dont want to fix my problem . They charge around 20 K and now dont care at all . Please . Everyone dont go in International plus . Save your self is a lot of hospital and clinics in Turkey who are honest with patient and do brilliant job . Today 18/03/2026 still I am suffering and none one want to help me . They had the money I am not value to them any more . That is their behaviour . They dont say I am Sorry They dont have intersting to help their patients .Just looks to find another patient to treat in same way .

SCAMMED!!

SCAMMED!!! After confirming they had the implant size in stock international plus took payment for my wives surgery. An hour before surgery they advised they never had the implants but could give her different ones which was considerably smaller and not what she wanted. The surgery was cancelled and there has been no refund processed, emails and messages ignored. £4650.00 scammed. This company is dishonest and cannot be trusted.

Incredibly unprofessional consultation

Incredibly unprofessional consultation. Very rude and obnoxious. Waved serious red flags. My own personal opinion I feel like I can’t trust this company just based on one person. Very pushy. Very rude can’t stress that enough. Mac Spenie rang me at 8 am in the morning i’m when I couldn’t take that call due to it being so early and having children to take to school he then had a serious attitude problem. Stating that most people were up at 7 am and if I didn’t wanna quote, why was I asking for one? I’ve spoke to a number of Dentist in Turkey and I’ve never had to deal with this type of attitude. The whole thing was very off-putting and left me feeling really uncomfortable. The majority of people I’ve spoke to from Turkey are very kind and forthcoming very accommodating in business. I’ve never come across someone so rude before either this man Dr or assistant was having a off day either way it’s left me to leave this review.

My husband and I went there and not even a year after our final procedures we are both having issues. His implants were placed wrong and because they put connective crowns I can’t properly floss and I’m having more dental issues. Don’t believe all the reviews they force patients to do a positive review right after they do their dental work.

I wish I could sue them, for malpractice

I went to this place and had a consultation I understand that consultation prices may change sometimes so I was supposed to pay 4,300 first visit in $4,200 a second visit they found an extra tooth in my gum and told me it was going to be a little extra so that first is that I paid 5800 total the hotel was nice I ride with great back and forth to the appointments and that's where everything went bad my interpreter abandoned me and I left my appointments with no understanding what was going on ..my interpreter assured me that everything was going to be okay and I had the operation I was supposed to have out Total mouth Restoration they left eight teeth in my mouth and one of them is one that I told them previously was causing me pain and they left at my mouth ...i called many times after my operation I had so many questions and nobody was helping me and I mean nobody.. got on the plane went back home and then my medical advisor hits me up with a $9,000 new bill saying how they had to do all this extra stuff but yet teeth were left in my mouth in the United States that's called medical malpractice. first of all they did things to my mouth that they shouldn't have done without my consent. they did not have my consent at all and if they think I'm going to pay $9,000 for that new bill .. they're crazy they came back and offered me $1,000 off that $9,000 are you kidding me I should be getting my work done for free at this point. if I could sue them for my practice, like I could in the states I'd get $100,000 . They are not seeing this that way, I will not be paying any money to these people anymore.now I got to find someone else to fix this mess in my mouth. I don't think this is right and there's no way that they can make this right I believe. I was very insulted by them taking only $1,000 off I shouldnt be paying for their mistake and they fired their interpreter, so they told me so they know that they messed up on their part but why should I have to pay for that I shouldn't. Some people have contacted me about legal action. I dont want that, I just wanted my teeth done..but I may not have any other options..

Do not trust this clinic. agents will promise you one price, but when you arrive to Turkey, the prices will increase rapidly. there will be all kinds of additional manipulations. My price increased by 1260€. They realize that you are already there and agree to everything. The aesthetic improvement of the teeth was finished only the evening before departure, the anesthesia of the dentist wears off only in the evening of that day. When you realize that something is not right, then you are already on the flight home. People come to this clinic in droves, go like on a conveyor belt and accordingly do not take care of anyone. At the beginning of the process you have to pay in advance for everything that could be planned to be done - which the doctor adds extra. as a result, you also pay for services that are not provided, but they do not return the money.

What they put in is not zirconium but very, very low-grade third-grade porcelain. The teeth are different in shape, they don't fit well at all between the tooth and the gum! On the first day after the placement, not even 12 hours had passed and I have holes almost everywhere! They don't take your wishes into account at all! I asked them for help , they said that my front teeth were not done well and the zirconia was not of good quality and they said that they would make them much better , then I said that this was what I was most afraid of hearing because I had already heard it three times before . The translator in Bulgarian stopped lying the whole time, she didn’t even remember what she was lying about and every time she said something different. So their “prettier teeth “ hadn’t even passed and 12 hours after the placement in four places everything was full of holes! The crowns don’t fit well at all.. There is a gap between the crown and the gum! Not to mention that the upper teeth are made like a child game of zig zag! Snail on the right side , big on the left side. At the beginning I asked if they could make the color white that was on my old teeth , they said yes , even better. I didn’t get the same color at all , it wasn’t even similar. But when they have to take your money, you will hear everything you want , and then you get the fastest, most convenient and easiest option for them! They did surgery on my lower teeth’s gums , supposedly everything was sewn up , and right now I’m dying of pain , I can’t sleep at night because the meat is just moving inside. The day before when I had a sample for the crown, the color was shocking , it had nothing to do with what I wanted! They said they would return them, they would even order a white color if the laboratory didn’t have it and the colour would be the same as my old teeth! Yes but NO! They returned the crown in the same colour that they had the day before, just that the crown were already sealed and ready to be placed! I cried for probably an hour because neither the colour was what I wanted nor the teeth were fixed to be symmetrical! Now I just have crooked teeth and holes in my gums and pain! International plus is just a scam and a very big lie! In order to go back to fix their mistakes because it is not mine I have to lose about 3000more pounds for plane tickets, foods, hotel.
