Our nightmare began on July 21, 2025, in Istanbul, Turkey. We were contacted online by someone named Sarah, who gave us what appeared to be a fair and reasonable quote for dental work. At her request, we sent panoramic X-rays so they could “finalize” pricing before we travelled. Based on that, we flew from Toronto expecting a straightforward and professional experience. What we got instead was the complete opposite. As soon as we arrived, we were taken to a completely different clinic than the one originally discussed—without any explanation. From there, everything felt rushed and calculated. We were pushed through another round of X-rays and then immediately brought to the cashier, where we were blindsided with a price that had more than doubled. There was no proper consultation, no clear reasoning—just pressure to pay. Any attempt to ask questions was brushed off or rushed. It quickly became clear that transparency and patient care were not priorities here. Communication throughout the entire process was terrible. Our concerns were ignored, and we were treated more like a transaction than patients. By the final day, both of us had serious issues with our bite, yet the staff refused to fix anything, casually telling us to come back in four months. On top of that, one of us left in pain with what appears to be metal protruding through the gum—something that should never happen if proper care and checks were done. When we tried to escalate the situation and speak to someone in charge, we were completely shut down. No accountability, no support—just avoidance. This experience felt deceptive, unprofessional, and deeply concerning. We left feeling taken advantage of and completely unsupported. There is no chance we would ever return, and we strongly warn others to think twice before trusting this clinic.We also denied to connect with the upper management

They care about the money not your health

They suggested 12 implants been the best and after trying to negotiate the price they took 4 implants out. So they care more about the money than the customers health.

Stay well way from here I come June the 10th for my second visit to be told I need to paid other 2800 pound witch i paid in full first visit and they ask for paper work to prove so I did they tuck the paper work away and a different person come saying we need your paper work to play you paid which then I explained some one as just taking it to be called a lier then I proved it thou WhatsApp to the woman I was speaking to to then be told the woman lied about the price we need more so I sed no I ant paying when I paid in full first time to be threatened to take my passport and then bill me for my taxi and hotel after 1night they wanted other 2500 pound of me I was on my own and scared they put me in a room and sed you better start ring falimy members for money you owe us we did you a favour? Acting. Like they was helping me and they sed I can go back my hotel after 2/3 hours of them telling me I have to paid pushing and pushing for more money and keeping me away for other patience to see what they was doing to me they give me a deadline 8 that next morning or they was taking legal action they only care about your money I paid in full and the proof I shown them they sed in the end that was for first vist and than again I prove by WhatsApp the price was all inclusive from 1st to 2nd visit to be told again the girl lied to me she is now sacked the man who approached me the most was call Mahmoud Suud He was pushing and pushing me to paid and started to threaten me the next day I come back to the uk they got the manger to ring me I explained to her and she was shouting at me calling me a lier I have not paid they trust me I explained to her once again I have proof then she called me a lier and then she started to what’s app me saying she wants to help me she can see what’s happened now please come back we will help you I don’t have to paid again soon I said am scared I come home she turned again saying I need to paid or legal action will be taking against me leaving me with just implant and no crowns be aware of this place poeple the manger is called Rania Médical please stay way

The worst experience I've ever had.

After my initial inquiry, I was contacted via WhatsApp by a "medical advisor." I sent them my existing X-ray and received a quote based on that image: just one implant, to be completed within a week, with no additional costs. I was told nothing more would be required. Trusting this information, I made the big decision to fly all the way from abroad to Turkey. However, once I arrived and had a new X-ray taken at the clinic, I was told a completely different story. Based on this new image, they said the originally proposed treatment was no longer possible. Instead, I would need four implants, and I would have to return in six months for another one-week stay. The total cost had suddenly quadrupled. Already being in Istanbul, I had no chance to seek a second opinion. I had no choice but to accept their revised proposal. What I cannot understand is: why didn’t they request a proper X-ray before giving me a quote? I could have easily provided a more detailed one from my home country—if only they had asked. But they didn’t. Instead, they simply reviewed the single image I sent and gave a vague reassurance, something along the lines of, “this looks okay,” and encouraged me to go ahead and book my trip. It felt overly casual and lacked the professionalism and thoroughness you would expect when making such a significant medical decision. The treatment itself was painful. Even when I said I was in pain, they dismissed it as “normal” and made me feel like I was overreacting. I even experienced a nosebleed after the surgery, but they still considered it “normal.” The staff were not compassionate or supportive. The hotel they arranged also left much to be desired. They didn’t even have basic items like ice. I had to walk to a liquor store and pay €2.5 for a small tray of just 24 ice cubes. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was extremely weak, making it difficult to stay in touch with people back home—which added even more stress to the situation. Lastly, I need to point out something important: they asked me to delete my negative review in exchange for gifts. I was honestly shocked. But apparently, this kind of practice might be considered normal for them. I deeply regret choosing this clinic, and I strongly warn others to stay away.

Please don't choose this dentist!!!

I cannot recommend this dentist to foreigners. Don't go there if you care about your health. If you have money, find another clean clinic. Zero organization, zero hygiene, you will be treated like in a bazaar. In the middle of your treatment, the doctors move on to another treatment. No privacy. You discuss your treatment with secretaries next to the toilet. Prices are agreed in advance, everything is more expensive on the spot. No official price list. No proper advice. Don't let them take you for a ride! They are only interested in your money. I can only advise you not to use this sap store.

Unprofessionalism and fraud!

Absolute unprofessionalism and dishonesty of the clinic! The so-called doctors did not fulfill the requirements that I set for them at the beginning, which were: to restore the bone mass, to put crowns UNDER THE GUM, so that the smile was natural. Already when my teeth were removed, doctor-diletant said that bone augmentation should not be done, that it is too complicated an operation. He said that everything will look natural on me. He deceived me. It looks terrible! I asked to reproduce the natural shape of the teeth. Your prosthodontists made the inner surface smooth, it is very uncomfortable. Are you sure you've ever seen human teeth? They are completely different on the inside than what you made! It is terrible that water and food pass between the front prosthesis and the gums! Your doctors couldn't even seal the crowns! And this means that inflammation is waiting for me very soon! And I will have to spend a lot of money again and look for real doctors, not amateurs. My teeth hurt every day! However, your doctor, who placed my crowns on the last day, did not forget to threaten that if I do not pay, I will leave you with the crowns she came with. She said that gum regeneration is impossible if there are no teeth. I was investigating this issue. This is a lie. It can be done. I believed in the professionalism of your doctors. Spent a lot of money that could have been spent on real treatment! If your doctors, yesterday's students, dilettantes, do not know how to do something, they should have told me this BEFORE removing my teeth! Do you have a clinic or interest group where people play doctor? You are writing a lie, the treatment was NOT a HEALTHY way for me, I have inflamed gums under the crowns! The photo shows pus coming out from under the prosthesis! You are obliged to compensate me for the costs associated with correcting the consequences of the UNPROFESSIONAL WORK OF YOUR DOCTORS!
