Don’t visit unless you want to be scammed. I was quoted 350€ before arrival by Esma and upon arrival they gave me an unnecessary x-ray when I had already sent it to them (exposing me to further radiation) then when I was laying down for my procedure Esma and the dentist started to over exaggerate the results and tried to bump my price up to £1200. Where did pounds come in to this when I live in Europe? The price difference doesn’t make sense and rather than discuss it with me in the lobby, Esma and her dentist friend put me under pressure with 3 of them standing over me with a new price. Very unprofessional, they tell you one quote before arrival and new one 5 minutes before your procedure. I then went to a famous dentist in Antalya the next day and after seeing my x-ray, they said I didn’t need the exaggerated procedure that Exclusive Dental were claiming I needed and that they were trying to scam me out of more money. This famous dentist said their clinic is known for this and they only charged me €70 for the extra cleaning. Do not trust Esma, I saw her clearly scheming in Turkish language with the dentist discussing how they were going to bump the price up. Do not trust her or this clinic at all!

After completing my treatment I started having issues with them . Didn't provide me with correct invoice and stop responding my messages ,emails and phone calls.

I cannot fault the Dentistry that was extremely professional and have no complaints, very happy with my new smile. However the Co-ordinator Zoe was not honest with quoting and agreeing a price, she offered a discount if paid in full on my first visit, in May 22. The price was very good for the work therefore I paid in full. My second visit in April 23, I was told, when I was in the clinic that i had a further £800 to pay, I was not informed of the additional cost prior to my visit, I had contacted Zoe several times to inform her of my visit to complete the work, and at no time did she inform me of the (so called outstanding cost) therefore was somewhat surprised when I was informed of the additional cost. I had not proof of the discount or treatment plan paper work therefore was bound to pay the additional cost. At this point I was not provided with a treatment plan of the work that was done in May 22 that also included teeth whitening. Upon my return to the clinic in April 23, I enquired about whitening the remaining teeth (5) in line with the implants and caps, that was previously completed by the clinic, however when i returned to the hotel, I received a message from Zoe to inform me that I owe £300 for teeth whitening, that was reduced to £150, however I was not advised by Eraman of the cost prior to treatment, and Zoe went on to tell me, this was not part of the my treatment plan agreed in May 22. Because I was not provided with a treatment plan, I could not prove that it was part of the original agreement, when I questioned this, they provided a make shift treatment plan that was swiftly printed off for me to sign. I reluctantly signed it because I had no proof. If this was last year, I would have given this five stars, and agreed with everything the 5 stars reviews said, but the deception of Zoe and Eraman let this great dentist down. All I can say, is to get all price and discounts agreement IN WRITING before treatment.
