DENTROYAL helped me to Eat and Smile again

I had constant Teeth problems since my teenage years. By my mid-40s, I had 6 missing teeth and 5 wobbly teeth. I could no longer eat, smile, talk, socialize etc. I urgently researched into ALL-ON-4 IMPLANTS in the UK. I was shocked to receive quotes upto £35,000 - a 2nd mortgage to fix my teeth? By luck I saw an advertisement for DENTROYAL (Izmir, Turkey) in the Metro newspaper. I phoned the UK London office and could not believe the service/price offered - approx 80% cheaper!!! After 25 years of experiencing all kinds of teeth problems, I now have 8 implants, upper and lower set of natural looking and functioning teeth. I cannot thank DENTROYAL enough for their service. From flights, hotels, airport transfer, hotel taxis, they helped with everything and made the process so easy.

Top notch from beginning to end

Just returned from Turkey where I had a dental implant put in. Actually sad to come back as it was a great trip. Dentroyal was absolutely excellent from beginning to end. I feel like I had red carpet treatment the entire time. The clinic is the most modern clinic I have been to in my life with very knowledgeable personnel. They have a full laboratory for manufacturing of dental prosthetics allowing them to be a full service provider. Maria served as an excellent go-between in arranging airport transfers, hotel arrangements, and coordinating all the internal personnel. If I need any further dental work it will definitely be in Izmir at Dent Royal.

ZAHNKLINIK DentRoyal

My name is Mirco Bormann. About four months ago, I first got in contact with DentRoyal. Whenever I had questions, they always replied within 10 minutes at the latest. So I eventually flew to Izmir and was told to bring €4,100 in cash. Payment by bank transfer or credit card was apparently not accepted. I was accommodated in a hotel room with an extremely dirty carpet covered in all kinds of stains. When I was picked up on Monday and brought to DentRoyal, I stood at reception with five or six staff members. They were laughing, talking among themselves in English. I wanted to hand over the €4,100, but first they told me to keep it, and then ten minutes later they suddenly wanted me to hand it over after all. I was then taken to the first floor into a treatment room. Two young surgeons came in and immediately started preparing for the implant treatment, including tooth extractions. Sitting behind me on the left was a German translator. She loudly shouted things like: “Yesss, you can do it! One more! Keep going, you can do it!” It felt as if she was at a football match. The pain was unbearable. Beforehand, I had been told there would be no pain at all. I could barely think. When the staff noticed how much pain I was in — tears in my eyes, my face completely swollen and unrecognizable — they immediately kept their distance from me. Nobody offered me any support. Then the translator asked me, “Do you want a mask?” At that moment I couldn’t even understand properly because of the pain. I asked her to stop constantly talking and shouting at me. She replied, “Oh, I thought you couldn’t hear me.” Then I realized she meant a face mask. I asked, “Can I please have it?” She waved the mask around in the air and smiled, saying, “Ha, now he wants a mask after all.” I said, “Okay, just leave me alone,” and she replied, “Here, take it, take it.” I was then driven back to the hotel. Two days later, I asked for stronger medication because doctors in Germany had previously determined in a hospital that I have a resistance to painkillers. I wanted to explain this to the manager, but she simply walked away saying she had to make a phone call. I then sent the clinic my preliminary review. Two hours later, I received a call saying it had all been a misunderstanding. They said they would drive to a pharmacy and exchange my medication one-for-one for stronger medication. Fifteen minutes later, the German translator Esra Mutlu brought me the medication. Back in the hotel room, I realized that half of the medication had been removed. When I asked about it, Esra Mutlu told me the manager had the other half and that she herself had received it exactly like that. So the explanations were contradictory. I spent the remaining days alone in my hotel room, in pain and hungry. On Friday I was picked up and taken back to DentRoyal for the fitting of the temporary prosthesis. However, it was far too large. The translator Esra Mutlu told me that I would get used to it and that everything was normal. But I couldn’t even properly close my mouth with it in place. That evening I was picked up by the shuttle service and taken to the airport. On that same day they also sent me an invoice showing a final price of €1,400, which I could not understand at all. I flew home knowing I was supposed to arrange the second appointment for the implant treatment after three months. But now I have been writing for nine days to four different DentRoyal email addresses and have not received a single response. Anyone who has read DentRoyal reviews on Trustpilot probably realizes that these reviews were certainly not written by ordinary German patients. Anyone familiar with the German translator Esra Mutlu would know that as well. Everyone told me that Turkey was good for this type of treatment, and after eight anesthetic injections, the surgeons eventually knew what they were doing. They left very quickly after the treatment was finished. But the way the manager and staff treated me was something I simply could not understand. As for Esra, I cannot understand how someone with so little sensitivity, no empathy, and apparently no understanding of dental care or patient interaction can work there at all. €4,100 for one week in a dirty hotel room, an enormously oversized temporary prosthesis, and approximately 90 minutes of surgical tooth extraction. I was later told that I had allegedly behaved inappropriately and that instead of taking tablets three times a day, I had taken one every hour. Supposedly, that is DentRoyal’s reason for no longer responding and for discontinuing the treatment. DentRoyal’s response to my review here does not present any real arguments whatsoever.

Could not recommend more highly

I got a full set of 4 on 4 implants at this clinic and could not recommend more highly. All the staff were professional, friendly & could not do enough. Any invasive treatment is not to be taken lightly but the team at Dentroyal do their absolute best to make it comfortable for their clients/patients. I will not name anybody in particular as they all pull together but you know who you are! Thank you so much

I had a such a great experience. Both hospitality and care was excellent. Genuine care from all the team from the 1st meeting in London till the treatment was completed. Excellent communication at all times. I was very nervous getting the full treatment done. I visit solo and I can say the whole experience was excellent. Even the transfer chap was great. Would recommend DentRoyal. Great price , great dentist , great outcome. Highly recommend!

I came with my daughter in March 2025 for a few days to fix a few things to the clinic “Dent Royal”and I must say that the stay in the clinic is very pleasant. I like to come back here very much, every time the all team takes care of the details, the visits are always at the agreed time, transport is provided, and the competent “Ulyana” ( she speaks several languages, including English 🫶🏻) supports us all the time. She is wonderful and professional in her profession, and also very cordial. I can say that we feel very good and comfortable here. The doctor ( Dentist) named “Ece” also speaks English, every time she explains and describes everything precisely, and I do not felt left out or "alienated" here like in some dental salons. The doctor “Ece” is really reliable and very precise. I was really impressed with how well she worked 😍! I do not know how to thank the help and support of the entire staff. There is really a wonderful atmosphere here and everyone feels good in the clinic with each other. We like being here and we feel really comfortable. I recommend everyone to visit, because it is a place where you can feel safe and comfortable. I recommend it with all my heart ❤️

Top Dental Clinic, couldn't be happier!

Me and my husband went twice from Dublin to Izmir to DentRoyal. First treatment was extractions and dental implants, second treatment was zirconium crowns and final work for implants. Now that all treatment is finished, we can say that we have had a great experience from dealing with the team to our results. The transfers, accommodation were great. We really appreciate the team, especially doctors, nurses, Ulyana and Okan. The doctors are perfectionist and technicians are amazing. The clinic is top class, so modern, pristine and welcoming. Exceptional

I cannot fault this company; it is simply EXCEPTIONAL. I needed quite a lot of work to make my teeth look as good as they do now. I had to have a bone graft initially, then implants and the remainder of my teeth capped, so a lot of work. I was already in Izmir having originally booked a different company whose setup didn't feel professional at all. DentRoyal came and rescued me; Chinar, Orhan and Svetlana couldn't have been more reassuring, genuine and professional. They took me to their modern clinic, where everything is in-house. Once they had taken X-rays, they enquired about my general health and medical history before they discussed treatment plans and costs, which were less than 1/3rd of UK prices. The procedure for me took a few visits, which I expected. Their wish throughout was to give me back my beautiful smile, which I now have. The procedures were pain-free, whilst delicate at times, and full aftercare advice and medication were provided. They put me in a good hotel with a spa, included airport transfers and, between treatments, advised on places to visit. They always listened to any concerns I may have had and provided an interpreter to ensure good communication all around. I couldn't have been more impressed, or so I thought. On my return home with my beautiful set of teeth and smile, I encountered a slight problem and contacted Svetlana and Chinar; their response really showed the quality of this company and their employees, flying me out at my earliest convenience, they resolved the issue to my satisfaction at no additional cost to myself. If you are concerned about going to Turkey for Oral care, you cannot get it wrong by using this company; all the staff are very professional and friendly and do their utmost to meet and usually exceed your needs.
