From start to finish, the whole situation was stressful and uncomfortable. It started at the airport, where nothing seemed to go smoothly. The staff felt unhelpful, the queues were chaotic, and I was left standing around with no clear instructions. On top of that, I had to deal with an all the men making me feel extremely uncomfortable. Their behaviour felt creepy, and instead of being able to relax after travelling, I felt on edge and unsafe. That’s the last thing anyone wants when they’re already tired. When I finally got to the hotel, things went from bad to worse. The room was nothing like what was shown or promised. It smelt of fags poorly maintained, and just outright disgusting. The smell, the state of the area , the heat of the room and noise —none of it felt clean or comfortable. It left me feeling uneasy about even staying there. Instead of a place to rest, it felt like another problem to deal with. Overall, the entire experience was stressful, uncomfortable, and far below what anyone would expect when travelling. Between the airport issues, the unsafe atmosphere caused by the creepy men, and the shocking condition of the hotel, it’s not something I’d want anyone else to go through. What made the whole situation even worse was how they responded when I questioned the charges. I had been overcharged compared to the quote I was originally given, and when I brought it up, instead of apologising or trying to sort it out, I was basically told to keep my quote to myself. That response felt rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It came across as though they didn’t want anyone else hearing what I’d actually been quoted, almost like they were trying to avoid being held accountable. On top of that, the so-called VIP taxi I paid extra for was nothing like what was advertised. Nothing worked properly, it didn’t feel premium at all, and I felt like I’d wasted my money. What frustrated me most was how uninterested they seemed in solving any of my concerns. The whole interaction felt like they cared about money and nothing else—not customer service, not honesty, and definitely not making things right.

Make sure they dont confuse you . Is two different ones. One for implants and one for crowns. So if you get both make sure you get two

I went to Dentordu Izmir on the 17th…

I went to Dentordu Izmir on the 17th march. On arrival everything was smooth, picked up from air port, hotel and dental clinic fine. Straight into it shaving teeth down which was fine minor discomfort. The concerns started straight after this point. The dentist shaved more teeth than they were meant to even though there was nothing wrong or no reason required. A dispute at the end of treatment over the increase bill due to this. I had to pay for the further 4 teeth which had been shaved. - Dentist are friendly but talk about you to one another in their language. - Stabbed my lip by accident with needle when going to administer the numbing stuff. - dropped my full set of vaneers on the floor when going to fitment process. - After returning home teeth were really sensitive to hot and cold foods or drink. Contacted them and they claimed this would go after 2 months. This is still the case it has got better slightly but not much. - unable to eat certain food properly due to no strength in front teeth. I’m not sure if this is a normal thing with vaneers MY BIGGEST CONCERN RIGHT NOW IS MY TEETH ARE ALWAYS BLEEDING RANDOMLY AND ITS LARGE AMOUNTS OF BLOOD. - when contacted they said pay for the flight and return etc. Overall my teeth look good but I’m full of regret. I should have got them done in the uk. Honestly avoid turkey teeth on a whole not just this company.

it was the worst experience of my life. this clinic is really really bad!! they didnt take care of me, i was totally alone with everything.

Dent Ordu Izmir

Went to Dent Ordu Izmir for dental implants they took my teeth out and almost broke my jaw getting back tooth out, put the implants in and put temporary teeth in my mouth and they broke about 2 weeks after getting home I went back there to have crowns fitted they put the abutments in and left them exposed I had long metal points sticking out of my gums I couldn’t eat I could barely talk it was so painful. The next day I went to have the crowns fitted they were awful I looked like a rabbit they were so big and sticking out and I couldn’t do nothing about it I was going home the next day so I went back again to have them removed and ended up with dentures that were bigger than the crowns I had removed so I complained and ask for my money back , after a lot of arguments they gave me £500 back I paid £8000 to end up with dentures and months of pain I have paid another £1,200 to get decent dentures in the uk and I cannot tolerate them so I am in pain constantly have to take dentures out to eat because they hurt so much, this is my life now. They have ruined my life and my confidence
