Very bad service

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! DON'T RECOMMEND. On March 24 I ve got two crowns on implants and one crown on my tooth. On June 25 one crown felt down. I informed about this Dentopol. They asked if the crown could be fixed in my country. I came to Istanbul especially for treatment since it is cheaper and Turkey is known for dentistry. I told that I will find out if the crown could be fixed in my country and asked to compensate the expenses in this case. Dentopol did not agree and told that they can solve the problem if I come to Germany or Istanbul. The ticket would cost me about 350 eur. I told that I can come if they compensate. Dentapol told that they will not do that. So I visited a dentistry in my homecountry. They fixed it for 80 eur but told me that possibly I will expect the same problem again. Because the crown was not made correctly, it does not cover the whole tooth. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH DENTOPOL. THEY ARE INTERESTED IN YOU ONLY BEFORE THEY GET MONEY FROM YOU!

I’m really disappointed with Dentapol

I’m really disappointed with Dentapol. I had two Emax crowns done in February, and right from the start, I noticed a gap between the crowns and my gums. I asked the doctor if it would stay like that, and he said no—that my gums would heal and it would be fine. He didn’t adjust the crowns at all. Now it’s been four months, and the gap is still there. Food keeps getting stuck, and it’s starting to smell bad. I messaged them about it, and they just told me I’d need to buy another ticket and pay for a hotel if I want to come back, since their guarantee only covers the dental work—not travel or accommodation. But they didn’t even answer my actual question: why did the doctor say the gap would go away when it didn’t? Also, I’m not happy with their technical team. The crowns they gave me look really unnatural and honestly quite ugly—not like real teeth at all. I’m not planning to go back to Turkey anytime soon, so am I just stuck with this?
