had a bad experience with dent house and left in pain

I contacted Denthouse Istanbul (Rotterdam) to have my teeth treated. My contact who gave me an appointment for September 2024. I then traveled to Turkey. I was picked up at the airport and then dropped off at the hotel. The next day, I went to Denthouse and paid 98,000 Turkish lira to the accountant, which is approximately €2,500 for 28 crowns and a canal treatment. After the payment, they started grinding my teeth. I was in tremendous pain. I was told this was normal. The temporary teeth were extremely sharp, causing wounds in my mouth. I couldn't sleep all night because of the pain. The next day, I reported this and was told not to worry that this was normal. They placed my crowns on Saturday, and I flew back to Belgium on Sunday, but the pain was still there. I tried to relieve it with painkillers, but to no avail. I contacted them several times, but was referred to a clinic in Rotterdam, which was actually a doctor's office. Initially, they said there was a raised area on my teeth, which they had filed down. They performed this treatment twice, on different dates. I also had a communication and messaging problem here, which was unbearable. I was invited back to Istanbul a few months later in November 2024. I was forced to pay for my plane ticket, accommodation, and the canal treatment, which, in principle, should have been performed during the first procedure, according to the rules. This wasn't done to save money. I had to bite the bullet and pay all these costs myself. They recovered crowns through the canal treatment. I had compromised on a solution, which turned into hell. I did all of this because of my unbearable pain and in the hope that these nightmares would go away, which was apparently the second part of the story. I had good teeth, and I had no pain. I was literally being milked like a cow. When I arrived in Belgium, my pain remained unrelieved. I was repeatedly sent to Rotterdam for a supposed checkup. They had my crowns filed down, which temporarily improved the feeling. But while eating, the pain was unbearable. For the third time, I contacted the clinic, which invited me back to Istanbul to resolve the issue. My crowns had come loose and were no longer in my mouth. This wasn't my fault. This was the clinic's mistake, so it's logical that all expenses and costs should be covered by the clinic. If this had been handled professionally the first time, I wouldn't have had to go through this procedure a third time. I filed a complaint with the medical association, where they determined that my crowns were missing. I also reported this to the clinic, asking for an amicable solution. They refused. I'm mentally devastated by having to take the plane every time. Having to pay for the hotel costs takes time, and that requires effort. I was sick to my stomach; I haven't been able to sleep for months because of the pain. I even made one last attempt to settle the matter amicably, asking them to replace my missing crowns and relieve me of the pain. I told them I was no longer willing to pay for any mistakes they made and that I wouldn't leave the clinic until I received a solution. They then called the police, took me to the police station, and took a short statement. The owners tried everything to have me arrested, but the investigating judge saw no reason to arrest me and dismissed the case. I was assisted by my lawyer. This is the worst experience I've had with Dent House Istanbul. The investigating judge was impartial and fair. Now that I'm in this awful situation with the clinic, I have a missing crown in my mouth and I'm still in pain. I have no confidence in the clinic. I'm a victim. I've been harmed both mentally and financially by Dent House Istanbul. I have my doubts, because the quality of the crowns is cheap material. It's also not normal for them to come loose after a few months. They tried everything to have me arrested, which resulted in a dismissal by the investigating judge, in other words, the cases were dismissed. I definitely don't recommend this clinic; don't sign any documents. And now they're giving out promotions to convince people.

Pay 149 euro for information first!…

For information about treatment the ask before 149 euro for a dental picture as only Turkish clinic . Just wanted some information but apparently that cost me 149 euro. Strange way of working !

Extremely poor quality of the zirconia..

Extremely poor quality of zirconia crowns. After visiting the clinic, I returned to Bulgaria, and within just two months, one of the crowns cracked. Shortly afterward, I developed an abscess on a tooth due to an untreated granuloma that the clinic had completely missed. Six months later, one of the front crowns also cracked. Within the span of a single calendar year, I had a total of three cracked zirconia crowns in different areas, as well as one dental abscess. It’s not normal for three crowns in different locations to crack in such a short time if the material were high quality—but unfortunately, it clearly wasn’t. My concerns were further validated by another dentist who explicitly told me that the zirconia used was of low quality and prone to cracking over time, which proved to be true. The clinic’s only response was: "We will consider whether you should pay for the damages." Although they offered to replace the damaged crowns under warranty, this was practically unverifiable, making it difficult for me to trust them again. I immediately left once I realized they were trying to cover up the quality issues. Given the low quality of what they provided, I believe the clinic should rightfully refund a portion of what I paid. I also have photographic evidence to support my claims. My advice: choose a different clinic to avoid similar troubles.
