⚠️ WARNING: Avoid Dentarma Antalya – My Honest Experience Surprise surprise they have deleted my reviews and blocked me 🥴 My review is too long unfortunately to post here but I have posted a Google review and also a review on dentarmas Facebook but no doubt they will delete it like the rest to make themselves look reputable. Shortened version: Sucked me in with false promises to honour none of them when I got there. Professor was meant to do treatment himself, didn’t. Still don’t know what you call my dentist. Told me it would take 3 days max so I booked a 7 day all inclusive break to enjoy after treatment but this wasn’t the case as I was in the clinic 8 times right up to a few hours before flying home. No holiday was enjoyed. During face to face consultation in the clinic I was Asked by the professor to postpone my treatment in return for them booking me a city break away 😳 Did not honour the price they promised, asked for £1400 more, provided crowns that aren’t fitted correctly to the gum line exposing the filed down tooth underneath causing pain and discomfort and source for decay as food can get in. Did not consult me on the colour so therefore I am EXTREMELY unhappy with the colour of my teeth & also expressed this to both Elon and my dentist that they weren’t white enough. If shown this colour beforehand I would have not continued with composite as this was not the desired colour I wanted. Multiple gaps and holes between teeth, aesthetically unpleasant to look at, composite bonding looks like I’ve scraped a few lines in a bit of chewing gum and stuck them to my teeth. Horrible cheap disgusting looking. Wonky chipped and imperfections all over my front composited teeth. Elongated my back teeth to correct a deep bite and now the right side of my bottom lip is lop-sided. Contacted the clinic to explain the pain I am having after 3 days of returning home for them to have no accountability and ignore me since the 21st of September 😃 what fantastic aftercare (NOT). Lied to, poor work completed, left in pain and discomfort, money robbers & scammers. Many may have had a good experience and I believed that myself which is why I went but unfortunately that was not my reality. Between treatment and holiday cost I al down over 6 thousand pounds due to your incompetence & lack of accountability of poor work you are letting leave your clinic. I will be going forward with legal proceedings as I have sent a 14 day notice with no response and also a 3 day final notice letter with zero response either. You are also refusing to send me my files which you are legally required to do. Horrible morals of a company and Elon the coordinator is a cheeky so and so. Accusing me of “wanting a free holiday” because I have expresssed pain and dissatisfaction after 3 days of returning home. Degrading, rude and nothing but insulting & condescending 😃 & Dr Emre, I put my trust in you & you have totally and utterly betrayed that. Avoid dentarma at all costs. They do not take responsibly for disastrous work carried out and the ignore you for over a MONTH when reaching out NUMEROUS times. Also whilst getting my final photographs taken, a staff member asked me “these are your temporary teeth, right?” 😃 NOT what you want to hear while getting your final set photographed that you have paid a lot of money for and are already not fully happy with how they look yourself. This was the icing on top of the cake that confirmed the poor work that I was left with. I’ve much more I can complain about but unfortunately have minimal space here to express it. Hopefully this honest complaint about their incompetence will encourage them to reply and get in contact as they have proceeded to ignore me for 37 days straight now 😃 how professional of them. LET ME ADD AFTER THEIR RESPONSE: Everything you have just replied is completely FALSE. You have give me zero aftercare, dismissed my issues and expected me to be out of pocket to return to fix your mistakes that were made in the first place. I did not send you any threats, please show proof of this, you were sent a 14 day notice requesting compensation AFTER IGNORING ME EXPRESSING ISSUES. Insulted me that I wanted a free holiday to come and have my teeth corrected. Whether my treatment plan changed or not it should not have taken up my full week holiday with 8 separate appointments up until the time I’m flying home! And in terms of counterfeit notes you are full of rubbish like you have been told from the start. All cash was withdrawn from a BANK BRANCH. 2 £20 notes were given as the new printed notes with the new king on it. Which their machine spat out as they didn’t recognise the new note yet. None of my notes are counterfeit and this is also an issue I’ve had with dentarma since returning HOME. You didnt mention once that the notes were counterfeit in person, simply asked could we change the 2 £20 notes to other ones because your bank won’t accept them yet

Beware of Pushy and Unprofessional Service. I had a terrible experience with this dental clinic. I reached out through one of their Facebook ads and was contacted by a man named Omer (I think). He was very rude and kept demanding pictures. If I didn’t reply within 10 minutes, he would message repeatedly. He told me I needed 28 crowns—which seems absurd since my local dentist recommended only 18. Without even seeing any x-rays, he aggressively tried to sell me sedation, cleaning, and a bunch of other services. It felt extremely pushy. I’m really glad I read other reviews before going any further—I clearly avoided a bad situation!
