Low standards and negligence

This review aims to warn those seeking affordable treatment abroad about the negligence and horrible consequences of this clinic. This clinic’s tactic is to rush you into deciding on their treatment plan which is more favourable for their pocket rather than your teeth. I would say that they are very unethical people. I had perfectly functional, maybe not very aesthetic but healthy teeth, which they proposed to extract and make my jaw full of bridges to achieve an aesthetic smile. I stupidly agreed and I regret my decision every day. They extracted 7(!!!) healthy teeth and now I have 5 implants with a poorly fitted bridge on the left side. After shaving my teeth, they gave me a temporary bridge which did not match the colour of my real teeth. I was shocked and frustrated as they never advised me I would be going about with such a horrible prosthesis in my mouth for more than 3 months, during which time I would be embarrassed to open my mouth in front of other people. All my complaints were ignored as they simply have no choice of colours to offer for such a temporary prosthesis. That was the 1st sign that I had trusted the wrong people to deal with my health. After 3 months of feeling like a clown with terrible temporary teeth, Dr Ziya Seferli finally installed my permanent ones. Because of time constraints, I had to rush back home the next morning after they were installed, and on the plane, I noticed that I had a big gap under the bridge. I could not believe the Dr let me go to another country after surely seeing the result of his job. Shocking standards really. On my arrival home, I sent my complaint about the gap and was offered the solution of returning to the clinic at their expense and they would change the bridge. I honestly did not want to go back to these people as they had shown their incompetence twice and I did not want to try my luck with them again. Now, however, after almost 10 months have passed since the implant installation, I have noticed that my receding gum is showing the abatement of the implant right by the place where the bridge has a gap. It is not only a cosmetic defect, but it is painful to clean as well. I have contacted Abdullah and he advised that they will see me but they will not cover any expenses at all, despite the previous agreement. So after all this traumatic experience and with the extra money I now have to find to fix their work, it will very likely cost me very as much as I would have paid in the UK. When I said I would complain and disclose how negligent Dentakademi is I received the following warning from a representative of Abdullah: “if you are going to write something you will lose all your guarantees and no one in the clinic will touch your mouth”. This should serve to indicate to you that this clinic takes no responsibility whatsoever. Dentakademi is proudly fooling people by using a Global Clinic Rating award. Please do your due diligence and check, as this boasted award is worth absolutely nothing. The GCR aka Global Clinic Rating is a pay-to-play 'review' platform helping clinics artificially boost their marketing materials. GCR offers significantly out-of-date and/or misleading information about clinics. Trying to objectively evaluate clinics that they are not even associated with, or collecting data on, is laughable at best and fraudulent and misleading at worst. Please check Trustpilot or any regional similar review platforms or even Google reviews and look at the lowest ratings first, as this is where you can learn about people’s genuine experiences, rather than fake ones, and how the clinic handles their critics. Some naïve people like me see the overall good rating hoping that the small number of negative reviews are everywhere and nothing bad will happen to them. Please think twice, especially foreign patients, as it will cost you much more to fix Dentakademi treatment if something goes wrong. The majority of reviews on Google are fakes; you can tell that just by the number of reviews from the reviewer, which is usually 1 or 2. The marketing people of this clinic are working hard to create fake accounts and then give themselves 5-star reviews. i do not recommend at all

I had a very bad experience with this clinic. After revealing my condition via WhatsApp communication, they told me a good price. Then, when I traveled from Morocco to Istanbul and paid for the plane and hotel expenses, I was surprised when I visited them that they tripled the price, under the pretext that I needed stents and other things. Then when I refused and returned to the hotel, they contacted me and told me that it could be done without supports and that it was possible to return to the old price. Of course, I did not go back to them because there is no ceredibility or trust. i lost a significant amount of money for travel expenses without result. I do not recommend these scammers. after reading their replay , I would like to clarify further that I am still keeping the conversations, and I confirm that when I returned to the hotel, they contacted me and told me that they can cover the teeth without increasing the price, and that it is enough to make them as bridge to be good, وأن تثبيت الدعامات يمكن أن يحدث مشكلة في السن. علما أنهم في الأول هم من ألحوا على ذلك (لا زلت أحتفظ بكل المحادثة) I'm really frustrated that they take advantage of people like this

I warn everyone who is offered services at this clinic. These are deceivers. They promise one price. They deliberately engage you in a long dialogue. After spending time on them, don't be surprised if the price changes. This will be 30% more. Don't be surprised by this. This is "honest" marketing by this company. It’s good that I didn’t buy tickets from Europe to Turkey 🤯 If you were deceived during a preliminary agreement, imagine what will happen when you arrive. Surprises can cost you a lot. Stay away from these scammers. Especially people from Europe. Moreover, look at the reviews that gave it 5 stars. You don't have to be very smart to see that all these reviews are created by fake accounts. You can trust me as a marketer with 20 years of experience. Real people never leave such super-flattering reviews. What kind of fools is this aimed at? On most of these fake accounts, they were too lazy to even put an avatar. These are the cheapest custom fake reviews I've seen in my life 😂 I wish everyone beautiful smiles, but not in this clinic.

Dentakademi Maltepe worst place for teeth

The reviews for Dentakademi Maltepe are definitely fake. Dentakademi Maltepe is a very bad clinic for the teeth. Not recommended at all. The employees are very rude, abusive and the service was so bad. I have to have my crown removed again because Dentakademi Maltepe does not want any complaints and Dentakademi vehemently ignores all complaints them. The wrong crown was put in by Dentakademi. Food leftovers also get stuck on the crown again and again. I have reported everything to Dentakademi Maltepe but I am being insulted, amused and a solution is ignored. Good luck who goes to Dentakademi Maltepe.
