It’s frustrating to see continuous yearly increases in fees while being told this reflects “value” and “loyalty.” In reality, it feels like patients are locked into a system where prices rise automatically and transparency is limited. At some point, this stops feeling like good care and starts feeling like a business taking advantage of its members.
Had constant issues and it’s cost me dearly
Two and a half years ago, I came for some veneers and some excess treatment. Unfortunately, since my treatment, I have had a lot of discomfort, I’ve had to have a tooth extracted and a root canal - all of which have been the teeth that Dentaglobal worked on. This has cost me a small fortune in the UK to get these issues fixed. With all of these issues happening within two years of my treatment, I am naturally terrified of what is to come in the future. I came to Dentaglobal in hope of boosting my confidence and helping my dental insecurities. My confidence is now lower than ever and I feel my teeth have been ruined, making me regret my decision. It is a real shame because the team at Dentaglobal seemed lovely and the whole process seemed to run smoothly, however ever since it’s been nothing but a disaster that has cost me a lot of money and caused me a lot of pain. If you are thinking about having surgery, please be extremely careful and do your research because I would hate for you to end up in the situation I’ve ended in. I have tried expressing my concerns to Dentaglobal, however there seems to be very little interest in providing help.

Recently I wrote a review regarding the dental treatment I had. I was told to remove it by Dentaglobal they said they will resolve my matter. I paid thousands to have a smile that I could be proud of my front crowns are damaged and with the material they used it says it all. I can’t smile because of my protruding teeth. Initially when i visited the clinic I asked them not to remove my front teeth as I didn’t have a problem with them. They advised me it’s best to do so being naive I agreed to this. At the end the amount I was supposed to pay I paid double. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DO NOT USE DENTAGLOBAL their are much better dentist in Izmir Their resolution was I go back for treatment for my front teeth with a small discount ignored my warranty and they blamed my original teeth which they grinded down unbelievable OLEASE DO NIT ACCEPT DENTAL TREATMENT FROM THEM
