Very professional team and friendly

Very professional team and friendly, hotel and transfer included. Had a very complicated operation under general anaesthesia in private hospital and a marketing manager stayed in hospital with me for 3.5hours until I was able to be transferred to the hotel, taxi paid by the clinic.Countless tomograms and X-ray until satisfied.After implants care, antibiotics and all required painkillers prescribed &paperwork completed.All staff lovely & caring, could not wish for better treatment 100% recommend this clinic. I think I had a nice treatment from the team. I really felt well treated and a huge thanks to “Aleyna” she speaks English so she was able walk me through the whole process. I would always recommend them. Another good thing bout the team is that I met them in London before going to turkey. So it’s something I would recommend so a treatment plan can be done with you in uk before you decide go to turkey.

My experience with this clinic was amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone all this staff or brilliant. They are with you every step of the way. A lady named Elena is brilliant. She keeps you so comfortable and let you know there is nothing to worry about and she is so right. it’s also great value for money.

Can not fault the staff in any way there were very very caring very good I’d recommend 💯 they had time to explain everything nothing was rushed at all and you can tell there heart is in there job and as for the Jen well there’s no words she very helpful and such a lovely lady text us every day we were there to see if we were ok and advise us where to go shopping really helpful can’t do enough for you looking forward to seeing the team in April 👍🫶🏼

It is a fantastic place with a very high level of professionalism. If you have a fear of dentists, you definitely won’t have it anymore after visiting Beyazada. Ismail is an extremely skilled dentist who truly knows his profession, and from the moment you walk through the door, you have no doubt that you are in very good hands. My highest recommendations.

Where do I start?

Where do I start?? I’m one of the most nervous when it comes to going to the dentist, I’ve had such bad experiences in my childhood with the dentist, In the last 15 years I’ve had so much treatment but never been happy with the outcome, I’m at the dentist every 6 months for my check ups, even though I petrified with each visit.. as I wasn’t happy with my teeth I decided to go to turkey for treatment as I had two friends have there work down by Beyazada Dental Clinic, so myself my sister and two friends made contact with the clinic, from there we made our visit in June, one friend and my sister finished there treatment in 5 days and both were over the moon with there service and how there teeth turned out, they look amazing, myself and my friend had implants so we had to book a second appointment, so four months later we were back for our final appointment. Both of us are also over the moon with our out come. New smiles for the new year.. since coming home I’ve had no end of compliments and lots of compliments from people I don’t know saying how lovely my teeth are.. it’s given me a lot of confidence too.. so here’s my comments on the clinic: My PA Janice was absolutely amazing, from the start we had lots of video calls, hundreds of texts mainly me asking hundreds of questions, and even when Janice was on her vacation she still replied to me.. she was my rock, when I walked into the clinic her first words were “ where’s my Vicky” as there was 4 of us arriving at the same time, Janice stayed with me throughout my surgery I couldn’t have done it without her.. due to being a nervous wreck I was asleep while the work was being carried out. When I awoke Janice was there at my side.. my after care has also been great, Even messaged to make sure we arrived home in the UK safely. And still keeping in touch now. Dr Ishmael the dentist, he’s a perfectionist he takes his time and asked lots of questions on what I would like for the out come, shape and colour his advice is spot on. He was very patient and kind with me and I felt at ease with him I now look back at it all and wonder why I was so worried/nervous .. The Clinic: Absolutely state of the art technology and the cleanliness is on another level, you put over shoes on as soon as you walk in the door absolutely amazingly clean. Thank you so much Beyazada Dental Clinic.. I can’t believe this I’m actually looking forward to my check up in 6 months time.. just one last thing, the hotel that the clinic put us in was also amazing, staff were lovely there, hotel very clean and beds were very comfortable, in the summer the pool was very warm too so a bonus.. Hi my name is Chris from England! I went to Beyazda 2 weeks ago had my teeth filled down and full crowns and absolutely amazing experience Dr Ishmael was fantastic and such I nice guy! I haven’t been able to smile for years because of the state of my teeth but they have changed me ! I can’t stop smiling I’m so much more confident and Janice who looks after everything for you is so nice and friendly nothing is to much trouble! I cannot recommend Beyazada Dental Clinic

A deeply disappointing and harmful experience, I cannot recommend this clinic! I was a patient at Beyazada Dental Clinic in Antalya (dentist: Ismail Kargın) about a year ago, where I had 10 zirconia crowns placed on my upper teeth. I chose this clinic specifically because of their high Trustpilot rating, but after what happened to me, and after speaking with other patients, I personally no longer feel those ratings reflect the reality of the treatment quality or patient care. My treatment became extremely rushed. The laboratory crowns were delayed and were only ready late Friday afternoon, even though I had a flight home the next morning. There was no time left for adjustments, even though in Turkey it is very common that crowns need corrections or remakes. When several crowns did not fit properly and I mentioned it, the dentist’s reaction shocked me. In my personal experience, he became unprofessionally aggressive. He even threw all ten of my crowns into the trash in frustration. Yet I was left with no choice but to have those same crowns cemented in, because no other clinic could remake a full set overnight before my flight. During my visits, I felt that the dentist was friendly only as long as the patient agreed with everything. When I raised concerns about the fit, shape, gaps and overall quality, the attitude changed immediately. At one point I was even sent out of the treatment room for hours with my teeth shaved down, sensitive and exposed, without any explanation. It was one of the most stressful dental experiences of my life. Despite the delays, mistakes, poor fit and the severe distress caused, I received no compensation, adjustment of the price or acknowledgment of any responsibility. I was also never given a certificate of the crown material, so to this day I do not know what was actually placed in my mouth. Now, one year later, the situation is worse than I ever imagined. My previously healthy, unroot-treated teeth have started moving under the crowns, my gums are inflamed and painful, and I constantly have a terrible taste and smell coming from the crowned area. It feels as if something is seriously wrong under the crowns, and I fear that my natural tooth stumps may be decaying. I have contacted the clinic, the dentist and their coordinator many times during the past year, but my messages have been ignored, and I have received no help, no responsibility and no aftercare whatsoever. Because of this, I now have to replace all 10 crowns again, either in my home country or by finding a more responsible clinic. This means paying everything twice, simply to fix a treatment that should never have been done in this condition. This was the most expensive, painful and emotionally draining dental experience I have ever had, and based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Beyazada Dental Clinic or dentist Ismail Kargın to anyone, especially not to anyone who still has their own healthy teeth and expects them to be preserved.

My partner and I had an absolutely amazing experience at this clinic. I had all of my fillings replaced, and my partner — who was extremely anxious about wisdom tooth removal — felt completely at ease thanks to the professionalism and care of the team. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to restore your smile and confidence. The staff is excellent, the clinic location is great, and it’s worth noting that the team speaks both English and Russian — so communication is never an issue!
