Horrible experience

I agree with agencie in London for all on 6 , saying in contract as well fix temporary,2 of march I was there,before treatment the manager call me in office for payment ,I was with another patient inside the office,and the manager call someone to take the payment,he push a paper to sign in the same time of the payment ,we was thinking is about payment as he didn’t explaine for what it is and what we sign ,yes is my fault I know because I didn’t read and I just trust was about payment because lady approach to us with payment machine ,he didn’t provide me a copy and he didn’t say we sign in for removal dentures actually ,after they insert the implants ,(i m not saiyng the doctor he didn’t say even once in 3 hours is ok ,we doing this or this or to smile even once even more the nurse he push me as I wanted to move ) they took the impression for dentures removal ,obviously I didn’t know the process I didn’t know what they are doing ,second day they call me to go to give me the dentures in a box ,I start to cry and I say I can not go like tha home because I knew it I will have fix temporary or for this we agree ,to late anyway .after 1 month I try to use the dentures because I was full with stitches I couldn’t try ,so when I try the dentures wasn’t fitting my mouth obviously,I contact them for adjustment as they say in the beginning if is something we have a clinic in London working with them ,I told them I can’t use my de tires as is very big and need to be adjusted . They say obviously dentures is big because was taking after surgery ,ok but how is my fault this ,I m not a doctor I never did this kind of intervention to know how is working ,you should know and I ask after and they shouldn’t take the impression only after few days , after I went to the agency in here ,the guy looks very weird as I was wearing mask ,because he knew it I should have fixed temporary teeth on my mouth ,by the end someone contact me and they say I sign a consent about dentures removal,I say I didn’t sign nothing ,yes you sign ,I ask them to send me what I sign ,after 3 times asking they send me and yes I sign wha I was thinking is about payment ,I say to them ok I sign my mistake ,but you didn’t provide me even removal dentures because is big ,so how you can ask me to go in Antalya with my money because you knew it is not going to be ok to have it , they say to me they will check if my gums they are ok to have dentures because need to be sure is heal ,even when they give me that one they say after 7 days I can put it and after a month an a bit they say they need to check if is heal ,obviously after photo check they say is not heal even they receive a report from dentist saying my gums they are heal and I need adjustment for dentures ( them doctor from London ) so I decide to don’t continue with them as I don’t trust them anymore ,they scam me in the moment they give to sign the paper with out explained for what we sign , I ask them to have the parts missing because I pay for them ,I went to Antalya with my money and I recover the parts and surprise came ,basically the parts they are for cemented crowns ,never was mentioned about this kind of implants ,crowns or whatever . Almost 2 months with out teeth on my mouth ,nothing what we spoke in the beginning in London and what saying in contract .I needed to pay others money to do a dentures to can wear and start to work again , and apparently I need to pay other money for crowns screws parts as I don’t want to be cemented,I contact them to receive the parts but no answer by now . So run from them …..don’t care about people

Honest review - the care and service I have received at the dental practice has been wonderful. All staff are kind and attentive and they go the extra mile to make your experience pleasant. The clinic is very hygienic and the staff are professional and keep you informed of the procedure throughout and are very attentive and caring while receiving treatment. Their communication is very good. I am so glad I have chosen this clinic and would recommend anyone to book who is considering this clinic.

This is not a dentist it’s a butchers

This is not a dentist, it’s a butchers. I went there in June last year for the first time, I was given teeth that was very very big and uncomfortable in my mouth. I was forced to go back and has them redone. BIG MISTAKE! They shaved my teeth down again a second time without even telling me, I thought she was just cleaning the old ones. No, she shaved them to the bone and then they did 21 root canals.. YES, TWENTY ONE! They blamed it on me and said it’s because I wanted the teeth smaller. As you can see from the photos they had the perfect blank canvas to start with. My original teeth was simple for them to deal with compared to some they have to deal with. I have been threatened and had it all blamed on me. I am now in Vietnam 10 months after the first time seeing them, I had to come here to a good dentist to fix the problems. I have 4 infections in the roots and need them ripping out and having implants!! I’m 35 years old! No problems ever before with my teeth just stained from years of smoking. The people there are not nice, I can’t actually say to much because I’m taking them to court. As you can see from the teeth they left me with I have severely damaged gums that won’t heal because there is cement under them!! They have called me all kinds of names and told me I’m a liar and a scammer. I have begged them to be more sympathetic but they do not know how. When court is over I will be taking this to the newspapers and all of social media to expose these butchers. Whatever you do avoid this place there is much better dentists in the area that actually do care about their patients and their health. It’s the worst thing I’ve ever done they have ruined my life. I’ve lost a lot of weight and been severely depressed because of this. I would actually recommend people to just stick with their own teeth no matter how bad and not mess with nature. They all should be ashamed of themselves. ( look at the photos on google maps as I can’t put them on here )

Outstanding service.

Everything!!from being picked up from the airport in a first class vehicle transfers to and from the dental practice, it was all fantastic. The staff are all very professional especially Selene who just could not do enough for me. The main doctor was very calming and explained everything in detail which was very reassuring. Would highly recommend without a doubt. Fab ,ace and most excellent.

Implant and veneers

I recently had 2 implants and veneers done at the clinic, and despite it being a bit of a challenge, I'm really happy with the results! The doctors were excellent, and everyone was super helpful throughout the process. Would definitely recommend

Service is first class Staff are the most professional people I have ever seen. There was no problem to big where they wouldn’t help me or give advice to me If you are looking for a dentist for any problem you may have with your teeth I would recommend Ballipinar 1000% I never heard a bad word about them from any patient.

I was really worried about going abroad…

I was really worried about going abroad to get my teeth done but dental work in the UK is so expensive, my son has used ballipinar for several years and has recommended them to lot’s of his friends. I had my first visit in November 25 and have returned now in March 26 to complete my treatment, I’m over the moon. I had implants,bridges,all the work done.I look like a film star!!I feel like I was born with them.In 3 years I had not problems at all.Now,this time,I came for a check up. From the moment you arrive at the airport, a limousine is waiting for you,take you to the hotel,recieve an appointment card. You come to Ballipinar clinic, from reception and all the time everyone is very friendly, polite,professional. They talk with you all the presidures, what to expect,all the medication, etc.The translaters are very helpful. I recommend BALLIPINAR ANTALYA!
