So many fake reviews!

So many fake reviews!! Don't believe what you're reading!! They pay people to leave great reviews and pressure people into leaving great reviews BEFORE the problems start. They violated Trustpilot's policies so badly leaving fake reviews that they have a disclaimer. Read the horror reviews first - no dentists should have reviews like that, yet they have plenty of them!!

I don't recommend it! The reviews are fake! After installation, the discomfort doesn't go away. The color of the crowns really stands out against my teeth!! They look ridiculous and make you want to smile as little as possible! Everything needs to be redone! If you want to waste your money, then go straight to this place! They do everything the day before your flight, so you're forced to rush, agreeing to whatever they're given and charging thousands of euros for their services!! I would like to add a photo of a million dollar smile as stated in your company logo, it does not match your slogans!!!!

Absolutely a scam had an x-ray and quote in London when I agreed and travelled to Turkey they them wanted double the amount when I arrived when I said no they spent 7 hours trying to get me to pay the new price of £13800 so wasted time and money please don't make this costly mistake

I went here Sept I had a very bad experience very rude staff crowns were joined together bad fitted properly wrong colour had 9 root canals in an hour there still painful crowns already loose smell really bad to I poo aid 6000 euro for Al this pain no the whole experience was horrible I asked for tax claim form they refused still waiting I had crowns monolite replaced with much thinner ones nothing explained doctor had very little English I will keep u posted about how treatment progresss

Where to start but at the beginning. I had such high expectations after ready all the amazing 5 star ⭐ reviews. Wow, what a let down. First off, you are asked to write (type up on your phone, whilst sat in the chair) a review with staff looming over you. I had 6 implants and the rest of my teeth whitened. First visit involved not being collected from the airport, had to find a ride at 2am. I had the abutments put in, with no temporary crown, I looked ridiculous for 4 months! On my second visit, I had the crowns put on. As a very nervous patient, they were not very patient. They did not tell me that 4 of the six crowns would be in pairs, as in no gap, so you can’t clean your teeth properly. Thos 4 teeth were also way smaller than my other teeth, front molars. They said that is because that was the size they make them….. Once I returned home, with in 2 months the first crown cracked in half. When I called, they said I needed to go back to them and they would assess the issue to see if they would fix it. That would be another expense, with no guarantee of them fixing the issue. 15 months after having the crowns fitted, I have now had another one falling out…. The customer service is appalling, no one has bothered to answer me. There has been no refund, no compensation, no communication. I now understand where the term “Turkey Teeth” comes from. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. It’s cheap for a reason.
