DON’T TRUST THIS CLINIC PLEASE

I am not satisfied at all; I feel betrayed. In September 2021, I had my crowns placed. At the time, one was already damaged and the dentist refused to repair it. In November 2021, a second crown broke off. I went back, and they only ground it down. In 2022, that same crown broke again, so I went to Turkey for the third time. They replaced my crown, but it was not the same color as the one I had chosen. There were many excuses why it was not possible, and I had to walk around with a different colored crown. Because they are my front teeth, it was very noticeable. I went back to Turkey for a FOURTH time. I complained about tooth pain and about my front teeth shifting. This was ignored and they replaced the same tooth again — once again a different color. I went for a FIFTH time, where they promised to redo everything and to pay for my hotel and flight. I never received reimbursement for my flight. I said that my teeth hurt during the treatment, but they told me this was normal. No, one month later I still cannot eat or drink. After replacing my entire set of teeth, I again have a color difference in my front teeth, a size difference, and one tooth is longer than the other. THE NEW CROWNS ARE EVEN BROKEN. They look completely unnatural — no Hollywood smile at all. I had to go five times, I get nothing reimbursed. Each time I must sign that I agree with the treatment, but I am dissatisfied with the result. When you contact them, they do not respond, or they say another dentist will be found. I am not satisfied with the result and I recommend this clinic to no one. I cannot eat, I cannot drink, my entire mouth is in pain. If you have to go back five times, spend €10,000 without a proper result, and never get your money back… I am truly unhappy.

My Experience with Amazing Smile Turkey

Had my consultation in the UK and then travelled to Antalya. I must say, I was received very well. Their suggestion was zirconium crowns even though my indication was a non invasive procedure. I was convinced or coerced into crowns. My teeth were shaved and crowns placed. The teeth looked nice but the functionality was compromised including altered bite, pain especially on left and speech epediment. I communicated my concerns to AST clinic and had an independent consultation with a UK dentist who confirmed the above concerns. AST asked me to go back to Turkey for atleast 5 days. I booked my hotel and flights on my expense though they offered local transport. I attended the clinic on the 8th of December Unfortunately to my disappointment the dentist dismissed my concerns and said the report from the UK dentist was nonsense. She said UK dentists mock Turkey teeth and I received no help at all.But whether UK dentists mock Turkey Teeth as according to the dentist or not I had issues with crowns they had placed hence me travelling back to have that corrected. It was very unprofessional for the dentist to ignore another dentists report especially that I was experiencing non functionality of the crowns . I am still struggling to eat and speak and feeling very sad and anxious. I regret attending this clinic. Todate I am still chasing for the documents pertaining to my treatment and have received none. They do not reply to my messages anymore. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
